The customer service at this Italian Pie is the worst. I walked in to place and order for a single slice with chicken, bell peppers, onion and broccoli. The young lady rings it up and she tells me that it would be 8 to 10 mins, I said no problem. I paid $10.48 with my American Express. The young lady then gave me my receipt. On the receipt, it states the order was placed at 4:11 pm. The next thing I did was text my partner to let him know that this was going to take longer than expected. Well the receipt states that my order was placed at 4:11pm. Well there was no one in the kitchen area. At 4:32 pm the young lady that took my order finally surfaced and I asked her how much longer? She was also talking to someone in the back and letting them know that my SLICE of pizza hasn't been prepared. A gentleman comes from the back and immediately asked if I needed help and I told him that I was waiting on my slice that I placed at 4:11pm and it's now 4:32pm. I asked how much longer? He was just putting the slice in the oven and he said it would be 2 mins. Then he said to me "do you want your money-back? I was just in shock because HE HAD AN ATTITUDE and not me! So once I saw how it was going to play out, I took him up on his offer to get my money back.. Well this guy became unhinged and refused to do his job and issue me proof of refund since I used my AMEX. He was the most disrespectful human that I have encountered in a long time. Since this place has been sold, it has gone to hell in a handbasket. They lack basic customer service skills. I will never go there again or refer...

I wasn’t expecting my food to be as crappy as it was so unfortunately I don’t have any pictures. I will say, though 100% believe the reviews. I had a taste for pizza and wanted something besides Papa John’s and Little Caesars so I found this place and saw that they have pizza by the slice and a kid’s pizza which was perfect because it’s just me and my seven-year-old so I gave them a try. I would say I messed up by ordering online, but considering these reviews, looks like we’re all having the same experience I absolutely blame the establishment. I don’t live far from this location at all, so I’m not sure why all my food was cold. I got a huge single slice of cheese pizza, that absolutely looked and tasted like cardboard. I ordered my daughter a pepperoni kids pizza they gave her cheese. I ordered an eight count of garlic knots, I was wondering why the box was so heavy turns out they weren’t fully cooked. The insides weren’t cooked at all. And I ordered us some churros. I wish the description said they put some pink sauce on the inside because I wouldn’t have gotten them. It was disgusting whatever it was overpowered the churros and all I tasted was whatever that pink stuff was. I’m really upset because I hate wasting money and this was just a really nasty...

Normally I don’t post reviews bashing local restaurants whether they be franchise or locally owned., but this time was special. Not in a good way either. I call ahead a kids chicken Alfredo and have done this many times before for the kids.

Told 15-20 mins ok I waited the 20 before going in to pay and pick it up. Kid at register, I’m assuming a son of another employee is steady on his phone as I patiently wait for acknowledgment to pay for and get my order. Continues texting/typing on phone oblivious. Finally looks up. Little rude when asking if I had a pickup order I say yes and tell him my name. Still not ready. We wait another 12 mins before I walk next door to pay for my other food I ordered at same time mind you. It was ready I paid for it and walked it to my car.

I walk back in 15 more minutes and finally a kids chicken Alfredo is bagged up to go. Never have I seen from this location a kids plate in a plastic container (pictured below for reference) it has always been in a aluminum foil container with plastic lid. I stated such when he hands it to me. “All kids orders come in these….” I really hope a manager or the franchise owner handles this locations issues before they lose more business...

Just wanted to share the worst experience I’ve ever had with food in our area. Tonight I ordered from the Italian Pie at Centerville. Let me say since the day they opened, my family has ordered from them SEVERAL times. Tonight is the last time I will EVER order from there. They recently changed management and it completely has gone down hill. I ordered a calzone and wings. We repeated the order 3 times bc the lady was talking on another phone at the same time. Husband goes to pick it up and gets in the car and notices the receipt says Angelos Pizza. Then says Stromboli ? What’s Stromboli? I didn’t know either, so he goes back in to let them know this was supposed to be a calzone. The rude lady working the front says NO NOO NO (yelling at my husband, who is the most non confrontational person around). I told him it’s fine I’ll try the Stromboli. He comes home and it is the tiniest thing I’ve seen. We usually split the calzone and still have left overs. I cut it in half and it’s raw. I mean completely raw dough.

I’m not sure what happened to this business. The first one was located in Lawrenceville on 29. Food was delicious pizza was always fresh and tasted really close to NY pizza. Well this one in Centerville ain’t that. If I didn’t know better, I would think they ran out of Pizza went to Little Cesars bought a cheese pie topped it with imitation sausage and ran it back through the pizza oven. The Pizza was thin as cardboard which explains why it tasted like cardboard. Multiple slices had little to no cheese and the sauce was full of pepper. Not sure if this is a franchised unit and the original owner doesn’t have anything to do with it, but if it is still owned by the same owner then I suggest you stop in this location. They are ruining your name and seem not to care judging by the reviews. If looking for Pizza for you and your family do not spend money here. Go to Fratellis, Marcos, Papa John, Dominoes, Publix and make your own pie. Or just get Chinese food. This place is HORRIBLE!!!!!!
