Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Georgia

Edit: We decided to come tonight for another shot and I can’t even explain how bad it was without getting so upset. The guy behind the counter was great. He has braids and glasses and I hope is recognized for how great he gave customer service. (I could not get his name before we left, but I hope someone knows it to give props to him) The other guys behind the counter was incredibly rude and outright insulting. We came here an hour and 45 mins before closing (7:17pm) and ordered our usual. The guy behind the grill came walking in and literally said “seriously?!”, when the other guy called out the order. Now I get being tired and worn out, but we were far early to have someone express such a remark. I had to ask the cashier if they were closing early, to which he said no, we are open until 9pm. The whole experience was uncomfortable and I felt so bad for the cashier who was fantastic! The employee who complained handed us our sandwiches with a “here ya go” and walked off. I was almost in tears by how uncomfortable he made me feel. I’ve worked in the restaurant business, and I know how times can be tough, and exhausting, but this guy just made me feel like I should never go to a place an hour before closing. I have no idea what’s happened with this shop. It used to be so great, but after another chance tonight, I will never be back. I hope the manager takes a little more pride in this place and hires better help and trains their employees a bit better.

Twice now in the last two weeks that the open sign has been off at 7:30pm with hours listed 9pm on google page. We used to go here quite a bit but will be moving on. I hope they update...

Not good. There were like 6 workers behind the counter, but they couldn't get it together. To busy trying to do a bunch of online orders at the same time as help everybody in line. They were getting mixed up, out of order and were just very unorganized. They forgot what meat I had. Most of the workers had no clue what to do or whose sandwich was whose. They somehow forgot the/a sandwich of the guy in front of me and didn't ask how it wanted it dressed and just started making it however they were going to, I assume Mike's Way. He complained and made some comments about them being unorganized, to which the manager responded by saying that they were actually VERY organized, which is untrue. He then called the customer rude. They went back and forth a little. Unfortunately, even the sandwiches were not good. The bread was very stale and the sandwiches just don't have much flavor at all. Jersey Mike's has really gone downhill. They used to be the best sub chain in my opinion, but this and other recent experiences at other locations have turned me off of them now. Absolutely horrible service today. They were not very busy but insanely slow, very odd for a jersey mikes. The employee behind the counter was very rude to my wife and to the new employee behind the counter.

We went to get chips instead of cookie for the kids meal and he rudely demanded we put it back and the cookie as chips were not allowed (we have gotten chips with the kids meals every other time before)

The new employee cut our kids sandwich and he yelled at him for it in front of the whole restaurant.

Overall very disappointing service that we don’t usually see at a jersey mikes. Hopefully the manager will see this and get his staff up to the level of service they...
