2nd time trying to get a delivery from here. They don't provide any updates about when your order will get to you. The 1st time, I ordered around 7PM and I got my delivery a few minutes before 9PM, which is when the store closes. To make matters worse, whoever delivered my order didn't even bother to knock on the door to let me know my order arrived. Don't know why they would wait until closing to do deliveries when the website provides an option to receive your delivery "as soon as possible". I don't see how a 2 hour wait would be the soonest a sandwich delivery could be made for a location that is 5 minutes away and doesn't even receive a lot of customers in the first place. The 2nd time around, they did not answer the phone the 3 initial times I called when I was trying to inquire about my order until I called 2 minutes before closing. Upon me calling, they told me that my order was cancelled because nobody came to pick it up and that I would be receiving a refund. Apparently, this employee couldn't contact me sooner because he "stepped away from the store. They show little regard for pick up orders as well and keep them behind the counter instead of putting them where they are supposed to be picked up. Read moreI placed my order, and they called at 8:27. Because my husband had just had a heart transplant at Emory Hospital, I could not get to the phone. I called back at 8:27, and no answer. When I arrived at 8:53, a young man and a young lady were standing outside; they said they tried to call me to let me know they were out of bread. I asked him why he did not answer the phone when I called back less than 30 sec after he called. He replied, "I don't have to" I wonder if the owner knows these young kids at this location are running his business. Such poor customer service from these kids nowadays. What is wrong with them? I will talk to the manager, franchise owner, and franchise relation for Jimmy John's tomorrow and hope they will spend some time with them, teaching them about good customer service.

My order history reflected delivery at 12:02, so I tried to call to find out if it had been mis-delivered. My call rang until it cut off twice; on the third I got through. By this time it was 12:16. The young lady that answered asked me to hold for a manager. At 12:18 another female answered and rather than apologize stated that the driver had "returned himself" and had 7 orders going to the area. I asked if she thought this was an acceptable situation, and the response I got was that she "can't control traffic." This is the worst customer service I have experienced ANYWHERE lately.
