This store stole my money by not giving me a refund right after I told over the phone that this store does NOT HAVE DRIVERS after 4pm and they had already taken my credit card information, then said I would have to call UBER or GRUBHUB to have my delivered. Not one post on the website that these franchise restaurants are allowed to do that, also after immediately canceling the order due to the inconvenience of everything, I was also told there's no manager on duty. I called back the next day again I was told there's no manager on duty, the next day no manager on duty I called the corporate office twice and was told I would receive refund up to 14 business days. This is after not receiving anything from the store and immediately canceling my order. I was told constantly that I would receive a refund within 3 days 4 days now it's 14 days. It fell as though they thought it was funny and the worst part is I own a Domino's franchise we never treated our customers this way! I feel customer service is absolutely lost now! I will never do any service with this company ever again and I will say to everybody I even talk to never to order from the store never to order from the store never order from the store ever they will steal your money! Also they have no respect for their customers this is why they don't have drivers this is why they don't have managers apparently! Also every time I called to ask about my refund it was a different story. To me, it shows they're nothing but liars and thieves over something so silly as a sandwich and $22.55. again not even receiving the sandwich that's just how much they stole from me and I say they I mean Jimmy John's and I mean the Powers ferry location Marietta Georgia 30067 do not order from the store ever ever. Not only that the corporate office has nothing to offer to you as far as help I felt as though I was speaking to one of the people at that location is the person that answers the phone not a person who can actually do something for me. I own a franchise Domino's years ago we never treated our customers this way, they pay by credit card they either got a credit a new delivery or a refund never were they laughed at and told to call Uber or to call corporate or to call my bank about getting my money back they were not offering to refund my money they have not going to refund free from my money. Because they don't care about their customers and their customer service is gone! Do not order from the store do not order from the store do not order from the store! You will have your money stolen and be overcharged then have to go through Uber or GrubHub just to have it delivered. Read morei went in on monday around lunchtime having driven on the freeway to get to this location. i only came that day because i wanted to use to app to get a $1 off for a promotion. i ordered in my car in the parking lot. when i went inside i realized the $1 off had not been taken and i asked how could we remedy this and i was told i had to order on the app....which i had. then i was told they didn't know what i should do, so i said i'd cancel and reorder. at that point they were on to the next customer without acknowledging whether that was the thing to do. i went to my car and cancelled my order and reordered my sandwich. when i came back into the store, there was a different person at the cash register and i said i wanted to pay for my sandwich. i explained i had a previous order moments before and now had a new order. it seemed confusing to that person and then a mean looking woman who i noticed angrily making sandwiches earlier pipes up to say 'did you cancel your order? we don't have a new order for you.' this was the only time anyone asked me a question. when i repeated that i'd reordered and wanted to pay she snatched the ticket she had nearby and told the person waiting on me 'she canceled her order! she needs to reorder!' i said maybe the system hadn't caught up yet and i stepped to the side for another customer. then another person behind the counter who had spoken to me about his lack of knowledge about how to obtain my $1 off said 'we don't have an order for you.' he didn't remember me from 7 minutes earlier! there were only 3 customers at that time and one was me! my order ticket came up and i was able to pay for my order. i didn't ask any more questions as i could see they were so busy talking to each other and not directing their attention to me as a customer or asking me anything, just assuming i was wrong, i left them to their own devices. i work in hospitality. no customer should be left feeling as if they are unseen and especially unheard. i was quite taken aback by the sheer lack of care and customer service. i usually give great reviews because i love to talk about great experiences. but not at this place. their energy and rudeness was dismissive. they could have taken the 20 seconds to ask me a question that would have helped us all. i will go to the sandwich shop in my neighborhood where people don't treat customers this way. oh, and they left the cheese off my sandwich, even though it was on the ticket....
