You all provide a variety of very good pizzas in some configurations that I don't personally care for but my daughters and granddaughters seem to swear by. If you want BBQ on your pizza, well they got it if you want pineapple and chicken they got that too. I say this because my family orders some crazy pizzas that I don't eat. Many times they have half this weird ingredient and half that other strange ingredient. Sometimes on multiple pizzas. That would give me a fit having folk asking for puzzle pieces pizzas. They seem to handle it fine seeing how we have one CONFIRMED vegan and another sometimes vegetarian eating on the same pizza. Everyone enjoys eating when they order. I like the works, you don't have to ask anything else just the works. Wouldn't you know it. I am the only one who wants the works. I don't like the half and half so I normally suffer through some of whatever they got. I finally got a chance to order a whole works since I had some over who would help me eat it all. I even ordered extra peppers because I usually collected the peppers from the other pizzas. Needless to say that was a great pizza. I was in pizza heaven when I reached in to get me another pepper and I had put a rotten pepper on my plate that I was eating on. It may have been a mistakes on the preparer's part where they didn't see it. I don't believe that I saw anything wrong before I reached for it. However not being able to figure out how a pepper even got to that condition, let alone how it go into the box. Seeing that spoiled the best experience I had eating pizza with my family ever. Read moreI am a long time customer of Papa Johns, typically I use the one at the corner of Lower Roswell and Johnson Ferry because it's by my house. Tonight I decided to order from the Powers Ferry location because it's near my work. I pulled into the parking lot and was nearly hit by a delivery driver that didn't even bother to stop to see if everything was OK. Then I went inside, no one greeted me and then two of the employees proceeded to argue about who was going to help me. When the female finally decided to come over she asked if I was picking up and I said yes that I ordered online. I have her my name (Genie) and she looked at the screen and said I don't have a Jeremy. I repeated my name and said I'm pretty sure that I don't look like a Jeremy. She commented that some people pick up for others and I have worked in restaurants doing to go so I know that's true but it's how she approached it. I love had grabbed a drink of of the cooler and said I paid for my pizza online but I'd like to get this. She went and found my pizza. She was very rude when she said the drink is separate you're going to have to pay for that now. I said I know. I just said that. Lastly she checked the box to see if my sauce was in there and it wasn't so she asked the guys on the line to give her the amount that I ordered. She handed me the cups and said here you go sir. Then laughed and said oh I mean ma'am. Read moreIf I could give negative stars I would. We ordered online for it to be delivered through DoorDash. The ETA continued to change so we became frustrated and called the store. When we called the store, we were told that the pizza was stolen and they would remake our pizza and have it delivered. When I asked about canceling the order, I was told there is no need as they would refund the order and still have the pizza delivered. We agreed and were told a new ETA of 15-20 mins. This was NOT accurate and as the ETA continued to change again, we called back and were told we would have to reach out to Door Dash for a refund and that the manager said they could not remake the order. Upon getting the “manager” on the phone, she said she never said that and the employee is just new. She struggled to pull up our info and couldn’t confirm that a new pizza would in fact be made. After saying we would come pick it up, my fiancé drove to the store and guess what… he left with no pizza. I’m not sure what the issue is but clearly some training is needed in a major way. Customer service is non existent. Will not be ordering from here again and advise other to avoid it. 2 hours later and no pizza. Also, you really shouldn’t hang up on a customer...
