Jittery Joe's Coffee — Restaurant in Georgia

I’m local to Athens and go to jittery joes once if not twice a day. I’m a very regular customer. Today was the worst customer service experience I’ve received and I will not be returning to this location. I ordered two iced mochas shortly after 6:00. The barista recognized me and enthusiastically took my order without me having to tell her what I wanted. That’s nice that she remembered what I get, but she proceeded to write my order on the cups then ditch her coworker since her shift was over. Without letting her know about my order, so I sat for 30 minutes waiting for two coffees. I approached the second barista and told her I’m still waiting for my coffees and she had no clue I was waiting on anything. She proceeded to make my drinks but they were rushed and tasted horrible. I came back inside after tasting my coffee to get a refund or it remade and I proceeded to wait 20 more minutes before leaving out of frustration. I do not understand why the first barista bothered to take my order if she wasn’t going to stay the 5 minutes it takes to make it. Legit a joke, I won’t return to...

Out of all the Jittery Joe’s Locations, I visit this one the most. (And) I must say, I do not recall being disappointed a single time. The coffee and other products sold here are consistently delicious and high quality. The staff is friendly and courteous. During our most recent visit, I ordered an large dark roast coffee, my daughter ordered a delicious smoothie, and my two sons enjoyed a hot chocolate with whip cream. We were helped by a barista, named Erica, who was very kind and had a great attitude. She and her coworker helped us all feel appreciated. So disappointing to have them keep closing earlier than the posted hours, taping a note to the door saying "sorry for the inconvenience". This was the fourth time in two months that I made plans to meet friends there to support this business instead of the Starbucks a block away. We have to change our plans to Starbucks each time. I rated the atmosphere good because it always looks like the people who closed it are enjoying themselves at the back table/ seating while the customers have to turn away. Fourth time...
