Originally loved this place. They messed up on my order and offered to kindly remake it for another day. When I got there a blonde woman was extremely dismissive and rude. While Pamela was super helpful and kind. I wouldn’t recommend this establishment. A friend of mine who happens to go there who’s Caucasian confirmed the woman is rude to anyone outside her race and he’s seen it with his own eyes and stopped going there. So if you’re racist it’s your safe haven if you’re any hint of brown stay away. When I say this woman was beyond rude she was priding herself in being rude and hateful.
Racism is truly still alive and thriving in Actworth.
In response to reply from establishment: Actually, I did provide all the necessary information and was told to come and pick up the remakes. Once I got there the woman I referred to continued to yell from the kitchen, talk over me, and mid talking to her she walked away and made a rude comment and gesture. That perhaps she thought I didn’t hear, however I did. While racism or discrimination may not be what your company upholds, it clearly was displayed at your location yesterday. A few other friends of mine have noticed an ongoing display of this at your location. I stand by my review as I would never want someone to encounter racism and discomfort at any establishment. While it’s sometimes hard to admit to wrong it’s the only way to move forward to resolve an unnecessary display of lowly,...
Read moreordered some take out from her for dinner. We got the chicken parm and a Stromboli. Due to a medical condition i cannot have tomatoes so that means no marinara sauce. I asked for Alfredo instead and for an extra Alfredo sauce as well. On the phone i was told that there would be an up-charge for the extra sauce witch I was okay with. When we arrive our order is ready and we check it... no Alfredo so we remind the girl and see sees that it is on our ticket and we paid for an extra she goes back to ask the cook and he informs her that they are out of Alfredo we explain to her that I cannot have marinara and really need the Alfredo she manages to get him to give her one small cup for us but says it would be a 10-15 min wait for another one. Please tell me how an Italian/Pizza restaurant runs out of Alfredo!!! We I placed the order I was told that in would be ready in 30 mins seeing that i told them ahead of time that i needed Alfredo that would have more than enough time to make some more. We were not offered a refund for the extra sauce that we had been up-charged for i know its not much but it just shows poor customer service if you don't have something you don't charge the customer for it. WE WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION, witch is a shame because the food...
Read moreI will never eat at the Johnny’s Pizza again due to their TERRIBLE customer service. We ordered our pizza at 4:58 pm. They verified our name and address through our phone number. They tried to charge us for 2 pizzas even though we asked for 1. Delivery was supposed to be 45 minutes to an hour. At 6:38, I called and spoke with Stacey, the owner. Not once did she apologize and accused us of giving them the wrong information, even though they verified our name and address over the phone by using our phone number. She assured us our pizza was minutes away and said she’d call back with an update even though she didn’t have my phone number. At 6:50, I called for an update and also to ask for a refund. I have a 3yr old and a 1year old and they were so hungry. The owner said she’d give me a credit but kept saying this wasn’t their fault. Again, never apologized. I called her out for her poor customer service skills and was appalled when I found out she was the owner. She told me that since I was given a credit, it didn’t matter if I had cold pizza, then she hung up. Every single time we order food to go, our order is incorrect. Last week, we ordered 3 calzones and only got 2. This is our last time eating at...
