I have been fond of Jonny's for a while there is one in sandy springs which is close to me and i love to buy the cheese by the slice. The slices are affordable and large. But today i was in Marietta running arrons as usual, and it was around lunchtime i went to Johnny's to order my usual slice. Unfortunatly for me they charged me a bit more than usual. It was only 60 more cents so i just assumed it was the different locations, or different owners. I continued to wait, and wait, and wait. It took 30 minutes to make the slice. I was annoyed but exited to get to eat so i got my food, finally, and go to my car. When i get there I open my food and am surprised to see that it is less than half the size of what I usually get here. The end was also burned. Disappointed but still hungry I continued to eat the small sad slice not only to find a hair in my food I knew it wasn't mine because it was curly and blonde not to mention my was up. I would not recommend this Johnnys to any of my friends. But i do recommend the Johnny's in sandy springs the have better, cheaper, faster, and more sanitary food. Read moreI placed an order online and I got an order number online I also got a confirmation email from their web site I also got a confirmation from my credit card that it was charged for the order When I called to make sure the pizza was going to be here on time They said they never received this order which is odd because my card was charged. They said they can refund me or replace it I did not want to wait another hour and ten minutes for the order again so I said yes refund me Now that is were I am baffled how can they refund an order they claim they never received which when I asked the manager at the store got on the phone with me and said the other person was just a server and didn’t know she can not refund me So my question is what happened to my order and who is responsible for it and how can I be refunded since manager said it is a franchise they are not responsible for the website or have nothing to do with The website. this is unacceptable, not only they are rude and disrespectful they do not take responsibility for their company and brush it off as we are just a franchise. Read moreSo I originally visited and received horrible service if you want to call it that because I ended up leaving as I was never acknowledged when I came in. I'm glad to say that the OWNER Steven saw the review that I left and the disappointment that I expressed in the lack of customer service that I received the first time. I returned today and am very delighted to say I will not be eating pizza from anywhere in town other than here. The salad was awesome, the wings were even better, and the pizza took the cake. This will be a regular place for me moving forward. I'm just so thankful for the owner reaching out.
