Kale Me Crazy — Restaurant in Georgia

This is unfortunately the last time I comeback here. I love this place and the smoothies are wonderful. Although I had the worst customer service experience ever. I came today around 7pm and the employee that approached me did not say anything to me. I had to tell her what I wanted, she took down the order on the register and just walked out to the back without saying anything. I had to ring myself up at the register and give myself my own receipt. I sat down by the waiting area to wait for the smoothie, and the same employee slammed the smoothie on the counter and walked to the kitchen again without saying. I did not say anything to the employee that would upset her. She just seemed very upset that I walked in. I USE TO truly love this place and the quality of the smoothies are great but let’s be honest the smoothies here are not cheap and the quality of the service I received today does not go hand in hand....

My girlfriend and me have passed this Kale Me Crazy a bunch and didn't give it a try it last July. We are loves of smoothies and want to try their out to see if it was as natural as they say it and it was. I tried the Super Matcha and it tasted great. The key factors which many them stand out from their competitors is they are clear about what goes in it each smoothie, the price, and you can watch them put only fresh ingredients in your smoothie. My girlfriend got a beet juice called the Beet-L-Juice and it was definitely all natural not added sugar I could tell from trying it myself it was all healthy. I definitely will be returning to try at least one of their other smoothies and maybe another one of the juices. Also I will return to try some of their food options too. I definitely recommend if you are in the North Druid Hills or Emory area and want to get a healthy drink and/or food check out...

This location wouldn’t provide a refund for a salad that wasn’t prepared properly. The person preparing the food said she had to call a manager.

The manager LIAD is RACIST when I asked why didn’t he have someone in the restaurant to provide a refund he told me it’s because he doesn’t have “PEOPLE LIKE ME” asking for one

Also told me to go to the location that prepares the food like I want it.

The restaurant made false claims about threats and theft. They called the security guard of the property but not the police.

If you were THREATENED you would’ve called the cops.

Anything to keep the money + the tip. Looking at the reviews apparently business is not that great and you need to the money, so you don’t offer refunds.
