KFC — Restaurant in Georgia

First, this location is only taking fulfilling orders made from online (curbside), or through the drive through. I am glad that we did do this in advanced because I didn't want to wait. This information, however, should be more present either on the website, or on the windows in big print. There was one notice about it on the counter once you walk in. I placed the order online at 6:30pm. My order update said it was ready at 6:40pm. My husband and I got there about 6:42pm (because it was a short drive and I placed the order while he was driving) my husband walked out the door with our order at 7:30pm. This is ridiculous. Not only did it take almost an hour after it said it was ready, but they didn't even give us our 6 biscuits that came with the 16 piece bucket meal. One of the sides where also incorrect. I did check the bag before we got all the way home, but it was soo packed, it was hard to notice that all the biscuits weren't even accountable. My husband even explained he stood there for 30mins before anyone even acknowledged him. Also, he did say that the gentleman was only focused on the drive through and ignore the one at the counter, maybe improper training or her was overwhelmed 🤔). The lady moved him out the way and things went a lot faster...after about 40mins of waiting. The chicken was hot though, and fresh, but it did seem Slightly overcooked because we ordered original and it was a bit crispy, still very good. The side orders were somewhat not as hot. The coleslaw was soupy, but very good. The Mac n cheese tastes like a boxed Mac n cheese, but was decent. We were supposed to have 1 mashed potato and 1 corn also, but instead received 2 mash potatoes. No biscuits. We ate, and filled...

We’ve been going through here for the last three years or so since it’s the closest to our home, and literally without fail, they miss things from our order. Of course we would find out right after sitting at the dinner table, where driving back out into traffic to get it would just not be worth it. We’d get charged for what we didn’t receive and we’ve let things slide for way too long, but seriously. Why is there no quality control? I get that you get busy. once or twice we’d understand. But every single time we come through? We’ve learned to park right after receiving our to go order and go through every single meal to make sure everything is right, and we’ve always had to pull back around to let them know what they forgot.

Another note I’d like to make is don’t bother ordering through the mobile app in hopes of it being ready by the time you arrive. They will have you park at the designated curbside pick up parking but will forget that you’re there that you’d have to walk inside the store. Even when you do, they don’t seem to see you there. you have to fight to get someone’s attention. You are blatantly ignored and when you finally manage to get ahold of someone, it’s like the first time they’re hearing about your mobile order you put in...

Went inside to order and eat with a couple other people. Place was pretty yuck. Floors grimy and slick. All of the tables seemed to have some kind of grime on them. We first tried to sit at a both but it was disgusting so we moved and sat at a table by the window, and all I could notice were the disgusting base boards... the filth and dirt and stuff on the floor was caked up in the crevice of the wall (as if they don't use a dustpan or vacuum) and was up the baseboards and the walls. Not even just the lower part of the walls.... the filth is up the walls at eye level. I took a picture of where the wall is so dirty that filth is as high as the artwork, and CONGEALED ON the art. I wonder how long it had to be there to get that way... As for the food, it was kind of okay. My chicken tenders didn't seem fully cooked, and I was so over the experienced, I just trashed them and ate the Mac n cheese that came with the meal. Mac n cheese was fine but not particularly warm. The cold biscuit was so hard that I knocked it on the table and it just stayed hard and made an audible sound. Overall, it was an un-ejoyable meal and an unpleasant experience. I wouldn't...
