Customer service is not good on two occasions I was attended by a lady who makes an annoyed face the whole time you go, then you cannot claim anything because she starts throwing everything at you the last time I went was two days ago and I ordered an ice cream with two balls they never ask me if I want to bring something else I assumed it was the same and this lady started to make a white cream for me ice cream which I didn't ask and I didn't ask I told her that they have never done that thing to me and then I took it out and wanted give it to me like this I told her that if she was going to give it to me she looked at me and threw it away very angry she made a mistake for not asking then she started serving another ice cream but throwing everything away she's a brat I don't understand why it's still there I don't recommend . My wife had already tried this place and was raving about it so we ended up going by together so I could see what the fuss was about. First thing that caught my eye was that the prices seemed a bit steep comparable to other ice cream spots. I decided to go simple and try a medium waffle cone with cookies and cream ice cream. Now I wasnt expecting anything special here but wow was I pleasantly surprised. I ate what was probably the best cookies and cream ice cream I've ever had. The ice cream was soft and creamy and the cookie pieces were soft and chewy. It almost tasted like I had labored away making homemade ice cream. The price may sound a bit steep compared to your run of the mill ice cream place but believe me when I tell you the quality definitely reflects the price, and as a bonus you are supporting local business. I visited for the first time today. My 93 year old dad asked me a few days ago if I would get him a root beer float. They are hard to find these days. I stopped by La Michoacana.
