KFC — Restaurant in Georgia

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! I will not be returning! There's a heavy white female with a box shape taking drive-through orders @9pm 8/17/23. She has the worst attitude I've experienced in a while. She may have thought that she was giving me a donation due to her treatment from the start. Businesses have to understand that without 'consumers', YOU'RE NOTHING! I WANTED crispy chicken. She stated that it would be 45 mins wait ✋️ does it really take that long? OK, so I settled for 'original'. Went around to the window. I asked about the sauces that were put in my $20 big box. Attitude again...she's looking up in the ceiling telling me what sauces she put in MY box. Was she paying or me?? I changed a sauce. She made an announcement that I wanted to change my sauce. I let that go. I then asked for jelly, butter, and ketchup. She was handing me everything in my hand. I asked if I would be getting a bag... not knowing that I was only getting a box... no napkins when it's all finger foods in the box...ughh These people need to get their act together! So she gave me a handful of ketchup. I went to separate one...yes separate. They were stuck together... maybe one burst. I gave it back. She stated that all were like that. What was I supposed to do with this information from this terrible cashier? I asked if that was all that they had in the establishment? She went somewhere else and got some. She should have done this from the start! I'm the consumer, spending my hard earned money. Unacceptable! Something was said, and she slammed the window closed so hard that I'm surprised that it did not break. She did this more than once after opening it back up to curse at me for not moving up as fast as she wanted. She needs to be FIRED! She is in the wrong line of work...shouldn't be working with the public. I was so upset that I couldn't even eat me food when I got...

They don't even deserve one star. I don't see anywhere on the menu where it says that you can only order only so many pieces of one part of the chicken - I couldn't even get an 8 piece extra crispy bucket of drumsticks! So I order something else (3 piece big box with mashed potatoes no gravy and coleslaw) and didn't get the coleslaw... instead I got another mashed potato with gravy. I called them and they said they would replace the 2 sides and I asked am I supposed to eat the sides alone.... He said what did I expect to get the chicken for free?? What an attitude after the bs I had to deal with. Other fast food restaurants have screwed up my order and they replace the whole order to make it right. I don't even go back to get the free food... I still buy it, it's just appreciated that they will give you your whole order for the inconvenience. I wonder if I would've ordered 4 2-piece meals with drumsticks if they would've given it to me... The guy said he can't give out all of the drumsticks to one customer because someone behind me may want some.... I say this is poor management... if you know at certain times that people order drumsticks wouldn't you have more available? I would've waited for them to cook more but that option...

The new management and staff at this location are a big upgrade compared to less than ideal service several years ago during the early period of COVID. Two members of the staff standout who both work many hours: an, Asst. Mgr Christy and one of the Service team members, Roxy.

Roxy works so many hours and is so efficient she is like a cyborg. And Christy, too, is another hard worker member of management in the back of the house to ensure the food orders get out fast. And they are both very nice to customers.

Of course like many restaurants with insufficient labor, sometimes late you may find the lobby closed and drive thru only, but this location strives to be open for lobby and drive thru all the time. I eat many times as a customer and also pickup third party delivery company orders and they are at the very top in performance for having third party orders ready, unlike a competitor just a few blocks away that also sells chicken and is very poorly operated.

Their fried chicken sandwich is one of the top versions out there very big and crispy, and their nuggets are extremely tasty and would rate them number 1 of all fast...
