In a nutshell, come here! coming here for months later after my first visit on a regular basis I can say that the food here to never disappoints.there has been some addition to the menu I believe which I have not tried yet, but by looking at the plates others order, my mouth is already watering.
As an American, before I became a world traveler there really wasn't a way that I could honestly leave a review on an Asian cuisine type restaurant or even an Asian fusion restaurant. having the privilege which was all mine to be an honored guest within China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Japan, I feel that if I were to relieve a review to an Asian restaurant now-a-days, I feel much more credentialed to do so.
For Moto Asian cuisine, typically I come in here for my standard double hot and sour soup, but the combination of ingredients definitely allows for a flavor that comes out that is most exceptional and very close to what I would be able to eating while in China. Even for a simple order of hot and sour soup, I don't think there's a restaurants around town that can compare.
Their soup refreshes and even energizes me! I enjoy it as a early evening snack before I order dinner. Speaking of dinner, I have come here to have some of their offerings off there main menu. I cannot explain the flavor that hit my tongue after the heat off the grill has escaped from the food. No another food is extremely hot as if the water is still boiling within the food, which enables me to know that there is a level of freshness and a level of cooking preparation that is not known to be better by others.
when I order similar items from similar menus from similar restaurants, I always get the standard offering but it always seems to be rather tiresome and rather tiresomely made elsewhere. However here at Moto Asian cuisine, whenever I order from the menu, the food comes out and there's a great spring of flavor in it and a great spring of care taken in the food and I would always want to come for more.
Sushi is a different animal, ha! (Animal), to review. I thought I was Mister Big-Time ordering sushi in the United States and even getting to learn all the Japanese names for different types of animals. I am also a scuba diver and have swam in two of the five oceans of our planet. I have been able to see things in reefs that I never knew existed as life-forms. In the United States clearly I know I'm eating fish, but however when I ordered sushi in Hong Kong, I never knew those life-forms that never existed in the water were things I can even eat!
unfortunately in United States, it seems like there is some sort of regulating factor that keeps the offers for sushi at a standard minimum. so I'm not exactly ever going to be eating sea cucumber or cuttlefish anytime soon however, sushi here is cold refreshing the rice is sticky all the ingredients are properly mixed and crafted when they roll-up a roll even the Nigiri is better than most other places around the locale.
This restaurant plays a high recommendation and if there is a quick place you want to learn about that's new around town, or even a well-established restaurant that has Asian cuisine, Moto Asian cuisine is your place.
I forgot to mention! I feel myself as an up-and-coming jazz bassist, and back in my earlier days as a child I used to love smooth jazz until I realized what it kind of was and was not. I always have nostalgia when it comes to this restaurant, because they're always playing the best of smooth jazz and it's wonderful to sit down eat my soup and remember the names of the artists and all the other people who came together to record a particular song. Even the smooth jazz here is a great addition to the food.

Read moreThis restaurant is marvelous! I went there on my birthday and it was a fantastic experience! The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and very open. The food was AMAZING! If you're looking for the definition of delicious, try their food. The ramen and Godzilla rolls had me over the moon! They gave us same Hata Ramune Soda, and they even surprised me with oranges and a birthday candle, and made the whole restaurant sing me a Happy Birthday! I was so happy I thought I was going to cry. The staff are the best people I've ever seen. This restaurant my be the best Japanese restaurant I've ever visited in Georgia, maybe even in the USA itself! I would 10/10 come here again. My very best thanks to the lady who served us, the chef, and the manager. Thank you so much for giving me a wonderful experience. I will never forget this and will cherish it from the bottom of my heart for the rest of my life....
Read moreWith all good reviews, I thought I'd give this place a try. Frankly, it was one of the worst meals I've ever had so I felt compelled to tell readers not to waste their money. I ordered the habachi chicken and shrimp with fried rice and vegetable spring rolls. This is a pretty easy dish to make. The habachi was drowning in sauce but it wasn't fresh tasting or flavored right. I couldn't even taste soy sauce. It was like a mix of that and brown Gravy. The chicken was dry and overcooked, vegetables soggy and overcooked, the shrimp was flavorless being masked by the sauce. Even the fried rice was bland with very little spices or flavor. The spring rolls were crispy on the outside but mushy on the inside. I expected real homemade sauces with freshly grilled meat and vegetables. Very disappointed indeed, considering it cost me $29 through Grub Hub. I won't be giving them...
