I have had many fair experiences, here. Todayâs was not impressive, at all.
Ordered two pepperoni pizzas for delivery at 11:40am. At 12:40pm, my app finally said that it was out for delivery. We are 7 minutes away from Marcoâs. At 1:02pm, I called to get an ETA. I expressed that it had been over an hour and 20 minutes since I place the order. I stated that we were only 7 minutes away, and it had said âout for deliveryâ for over 20 minutes. The girl who was on the phone stated that the driver had multiple deliveries on that trip, and she would be there soon. I expressed my concern of receiving cold pizza for my staff, and she slightly laughed and stated âyour pizza will not be coldâ with slight a attitude. She did not try to acknowledge my concerns besides laughing it off. She did not even bother to apologize for the longer-than-normal waiting period. That was very poor customer service. About 12 minutes later, the pizza finally arrived. The pizza is nearly cold. The crust is cold and the sauce is hardly warm. It seemed like it had been out of the over for about 50 minutes and left in a bag.
I understand staffing my be short at places, and places may be busy. However when I am promised hot pizza and get cold pizza, and receive attitude that is uncalled for, it really puts me as a customer in a poor situation.

On all times they have incorrectly made our build your own pizzas, so figuring this time I would give them a call immediately after placing the order to ask them to please make sure itâs correct before being picked up, the lady I spoke with reassured me sheâll make sure itâs correct. Well low and behold we just got our pizza and again but not to my surprise it is made incorrectly again. I called to ask them what happened as my pizza again from them is wrong and was told that they are training new people and that they know its a common issue they are having right now due to the new trainees. I get that I truly do but when they say they canât do anything for me thatâs sad as our family loves this place but now we will be looking elsewhere as it was poorly handled.    Read moreI've had an issue on a few orders. The owner of this franchise went above and beyond to make it right my last order. My orders since have been better. They still don't follow the notes. The new Pepperoni Magnifico is a little on the greasy side but I love it! Picture shows lack of garlic butter and romesean seasonings on the actual crust where it should be and lack of double sauce, both per notes.
Update 10/25/24 I ordered delivery and had to replace the order due to my internet connection going out. When I placed the order I tried to call the store to let them know I wanted thick crust. I ALWAYS order their thick crust. Anyways, the phone goes straight to their automated system saying they're closed. At 11 pm, the app says you're open til 12. It's a Friday night so I'm confused why I couldn't call and speak to someone to clarify my order at 11:16 or before that. My pizza did show up on time but clearly not the crust I wanted.
Update 1/26 Placed an order for delivery at 10. Tracker showed normal progress. Said it was on the way at 10:20. Said it was ready at 10:40 or so. Never...
