This place prioritizes Latino customers. So make sure you appear to be Latino or prepare to wait. I’ve been coming here since I was a kid and I’ve had some terrible experiences but I think the most important to note is the discrimination of staff.
I decided to sit in today and order on the app. The app said my order was ready 10 minutes before they brought it out. So 15 minutes. The fries were all brown and they didn’t fill my fry to the top. I can live with a $0.30 short. But I watched several people get their orders delivered to their table and all I had was a fry and double cheese… I just bit the burger after typing that and there’s no reason it tastes like it was left out. No biggie for me. May be an issue for you but I’m not picky. It’s McDonalds. No disrespect, Ronald.
There was a time where they parked me in the drive thru to wait for an order. I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes (which was dumb but I was gonna sit after I got my food anyways) but I went to check because by that time the inside closed. I didn’t get a receipt when they parked me and the app resets after they process your order. Luckily an employee remembered i was parked and let me in after she physically locked me outside. AGAIN, she looked me in the eye and locked the door. It’s a tall older Latino lady. She usually has a white button up on.
Another day after that experience, she gave me someone else’s order and I was far away by the time I realized it. When I came back on a later date, she threatened me for stealing food. Same lady that tried to steal my money. Yea I stole your food because your staff gave me the wrong bag. Makes sense. I’ve noticed horrible service since then though. It’s been a year since. So bad I just started going to the one next the Kroger.

Read moreAs I am typing this I’m taking the necessary steps to contact the corporation about this store and how they handle their customers.. I came thru this drivethru for lunch with a mobile order like I’ve always have and I always pick the drivethru because I on my way to work and it’s convenient.. the young lady in the drive thru told me after I gave her my code( as they always ask for a code when ordering drivethru) and she told me it hasn’t pulled up yet and I told her I had a code so she asked me to drive to the window.. she told me it hadn’t came up and I showed her the code and asked what should I do because I’m clearly looking at a code so she came back to tell that they have it up front which I don’t know how that’s even possible and I’m showing her I’m clicking the drive thru.. I proceeded only to be almost give someone else order and I’m explaining yet again my order issue!! I’m frustrated by now and just told them they can take the funds (I had cash) and just give me my change and my food, they told me to pull up !!! So I’m pulling up to wait on my damn change in a pandemic I don’t know what they’re giving me so I’m angry and PULL OFF. (It was roughly a dollar and some cents) I call back up to the store to ask for the store manager and she gets on with a straight attitude!! I explained to her why I wanted the corporate number and she refused to give it to me!!! She the tries to insult my intelligence telling me that I put dine in and I told her that’s not possible that I always do the same thing when I go thru the drive thru!!! Why would it give me a code and tell me when going thru the drivethru to give them my code.. I told her my mind was made up and she abruptly hung up on my face!!! A store manager!!! This is what we support when it comes to patronizing businesses like this!! The interesting thing is not only did my order go thru but I got a email of my receipt and they changed my whole meal and kept my money!!! Read moreWhen I arrived I was treated to a greeting that was unpleasant. I went ahead and ordered my food. After every sentence I order the server asked if there was anything else almost immediately before I could even finish what item. I know I clearly stated I wanted large. I pulled up. The person at the window did not say hi. Only mentioned the amount I needed to pay. I expect this from fast food places though. I gave him my card. Paid and went on my way. I continued to the following window and grabbed my drink(it seemed light) and my bag of what I imagined to be delicious fries and nuggets. When I got back to my jobs break room and began to unravel the contents of my food I noticed my fries were not the right size. I wasn't happy but I kept indulging in the savory sensation of nuggets and fries. Oh no my mouth began to run dry. I went ahead and grabbed my sprite and took a sip. To my ultimate discontent I realized the sprite was not only room temperature, but it was flat. Now I don't expect the team to know when a beverage is flat but I do expect to see at least ice cubes in my drink. I did not enjoy my meal as I could not wash it down with the crisp and cool flavor of sprite.
