First off I was sitting at the speaker. The car next to me ordered then the next car ordered when it should have been my turn. Wanted to leave at this point but was like well they got confused inside that can happen. Ordering my food now and I wanted a 10 piece chicken nugget meal besides 3 spicy chicken sandwiches I didn't want a drink with the 10 piece. Her reply was well you are paying for it you might as well get it. I said I don't want the drink. I'm rich I can afford a drink. Then she asked me if I wanted a cookie I said sure laughing I want a cookie. While I'm still at the speaker I said I forgot to order something. She said drive around you can add it at the window. I said okay thank you. I get to the window to pay and I tried to order a coffee. She said we don't do add ons at the window. I told her you told me to drive around and I could add it on at the window she wouldn't do it. I said okay well I'm going to go someplace else then. She said that's Fine. I said I know it's fine. She kept trying to say things as we were leaving I had 3 adults in vehicle with me and a child. I use to work at McDonald's when I was in high school. Less likely to eat at McDonald's at this point. I'm sure the people in my car are also. I can't help but wonder how many other people were chased off of that particular business...
Read moreI went to this McDonald’s Drive-thru on Monday, the 27th of August. Our order was taken wrong, the ice cream machine was not working and we were given an incomplete order. This has happened literally the last 3 times we’ve tried to go to this McDonalds. I went inside to get the missing items from our order and was met by (who I am assuming is) the owner. He was rude and angry. I told him how this is the 4th time I’ve tried to use this McDonalds and how we’ve started going across town to the one by Sams because customer service is consistently awful here. He walked away with a huff and when he gave me part of our missing order he said “Sorry you think my McDonalds is awful” in a very smart tone. He said something else as I walked away. I just told him to have a nice day.
I have news for you, Mr McDonalds owner. The entire town of Brunswick knows how terrible “your” McDonalds is. It’s no wonder the customer service is terrible because YOU are terrible.
Save yourself the grief. Go to Burger King or Wendey’s or Taco Bell. Don’t give that man any...

Very excited he would be getting his very own Happy Meal🙂 ! ! We pulled into McDonald's only to see our travel trailer was to high to drive n order through the drive up window 😠 ! So we tried to go inside, doors locked, counter not open☹. This little guy becoming more upset each time we were turned away n unable to get his Happy Meal order ! So I tried to walk up to the drive up window ....Told I could not walk up and order....REALLY ! ! I have a little boy nealy in tears😫....As we started to walk away a young man drives up to order. Looking at us he sees the problem. He offers to order for us n delivery it to our vehicle. I tried to pay him n he declined. Told me to just play it forward for someone else in need....Bless your heart Andrei 💕! You are such a good person ! Feel blessed to have had you spread your kindness on us ! Wasn't feel any love...
