McDonald's — Restaurant in Georgia

I had the worst experience. I went there on two separate occasions on 2-08-2025 my food was wrong. I had to go back in there and asked for help. Prior to me going inside I had to wait to get help there was no one insight at the register. Finally a teamwork came and I asked for an manager. Not sure if the name was Daniel or Damien but I was able to speak to him about my food. He was able to change it and apologize and everything was OK with my food . I have also was able to tell him that there is a car that sits in their parking lot every night with an strong odor of marijuana. The manager told me that he will look into it. I also told him that the car is parked outside now. I describe the car as well as what's able to write down the license plate. Furthermore, as we was still talking, I was able to tell him that 2 of his employees that just came in at that time, you got out of that call with full of smoke..He apologized for this behavior and was in great disbelief and told me that he will look into it and make sure the proper channels handdle this situation.Once the general manager is back on shift.He gave me the general manager name Sarah . I also gave him my number as well as email address to reach out to me, as soon as the manager in is back on duty. I went into the store yesterday and today to see if he was working there so we can identifythe employeesthat was in that car.The cashier told me he was not on the schedule nore was Sarah. I am looking to see what is going to be done about this. These things should not be happening in my community. This is degrading my community as well as people at risk. WORST...

Terrible service my kids love McDonald’s, this happens to be the closest to the house but most of the time, I’m scared to go due to the service that I know I’m going to get from the workers.The worker’s seem to always have attitudes, mess up my order a lot, we get cold or cool fries so we have to ask for hot fries it’s horrible (that’s when the strong attitudes come alive) you have to wait about 15-20 minutes before someone comes out with the new fries, meanwhile the other food gets cold and things start to melt. I’ve had a worker put his whole hand on the top of my cup to close it with no gloves on and his hands were cut up and looked freshly bruised up, some talk over the food, and they just basically have a non caring attitude. I did notice though, when a certain manager is on, in the days (Caucasian lady with glasses and a short cut) I think she’s the manager in the day because she always gets the job done by making sure the food is hot and seems as if she tries her best to stay on top of things.The manager in the day has been very pleasant every time, she doesn’t just leave me standing there for a long time without checking if I’ve been helped or if I’m waiting and help to get me out the door with hot fast food. I’ve also experienced the drive thru while she’s at work also and she’s fast about that as well...

Okay so my terrible experience did happen on Christmas Eve... I know it sucks working holidays, but you still have to do your job...my family pulls up around 7:50 pm to see a line wrapped around the building. I decide to go in (it’ll be faster I think to myself). I go and Order FIVE things. Just five. I place my order at 7:54 pm. Around 8 pm I still have no food and the three other people waiting don’t either. The employees go and lock the doors since the lobby was now closed. I see several people attempt to get inside but no luck. They’re frustrated because they still see me and other waiting inside. Then one employee proceeds to let an “employee” who is off the clock into the closed lobby and she shuts the door behind the two ladies trying to get in to order food. The clock is nearing 8:15 pm. Meaning I ordered my food TWENTY minutes ago. My FIVE items. I’m the last costumer in the lobby. At 8:21 pm I FINALLY received my food. After WAITING TWENTY SEVEN MINUTES for 6 nuggets, a small fry, a cheeseburger, a chicken biscuit, and a egg McMuffin. None of which should’ve take that long but it’s Christmas Eve right....I guess the moral of this story is don’t go to this McDonald on Christmas Eve and order breakfast food that’s supposedly being served all day. You will be waiting way...
