Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Sandy Springs

GO TO ANOTHER CHIPOTLE LOCATION. As soon as I get there, I notice there’s no veggies. I let them know immediately I’m placing an order for four veggie bowls and told them I can patiently wait for the veggies no problem. Well first thing that happened was the person starting the line rolled her eyes and said “are you sure? Why?” Rude because you’re supposed to be helpful but whatever. We continue on with the rest of our order and I let the cashier know “hey we got 4 veggie bowls but no veggies were ready, were waiting to get them on the side” which is no problem. Before they’ve given us a huge entree side for 3 bowls. Well we’re waiting and the give us the veggies in the same containers as a “large” queso. But only 2. I say “oh we ordered 4 veggie bowls, were going to need more” and the cashier proceeds to tell me that one container is TWO SERVINGS. This container is SMALL too, barely enough for one serving! So she says “well I can bring you more but it would cost extra” - which I’m not paying extra for veggies when I ordered a veggie bowl AND DIDN’T GET VEGGIES. I had to break it down for her saying “we ordered 4 veggie bowls when there were no veggies out. we asked you to bring us them when it was ready. two small containers isn’t enough for 4 bowls. We’re not paying extra for the veggies when we had originally ordered and never got them.” She said she couldn’t give me more without us paying. So I exclaimed “fine I will pay extra for something I had ordered and didn’t get!” This is absolutely appalling that the store was having me pay extra for something that should have been given no problem, no questions asked, no payment needed. The team member rolling her eyes as I simply placed the order for my family was more appalling. This location always has the rudest employees with horrible service and always trying to have us pay extra for stuff that’s normally included-...

Has to be one of the worst run Chipotles in the Atlanta area. The service is always slow, the trays of food always look like they need to be refilled and the tables are never clean. The last time I was there, I waited in line for 15 minutes only to find out they were out of shredded cheese. Imagine that… a place where typically every meal comes with cheese and they are totally out. No notice ahead of time… I waited so long to find this out.

I was so annoyed but continued to order anyway. At checkout I suggested they may want to put a sign on the door so that other people waiting in line didn’t find out the same way I did. The girl just blindly looked at me. (Crickets)

As I sat and ate my food I watched as each person got to the front and also found out this information… some far more huffier than others but all annoyed.

The last time I was in, the garbage cans were over-flowing. The napkin dispensers were empty and the counters were SO dirty. I can’t help but wonder how it continues to be such a crapshow at this location. Chipotle is awesome but this location isn’t representative of the usual. My visit to this particular Chipotle was for an interview. I arrived 15 minutes prior and told one of the employees behind the counter that I was there for an interview and he told me to have a seat and someone would be with me. After about 30 minutes of just sitting there a few employees sat at the table in front of me and began eating and joking around. Shortly after one of the employees turned around and said "could you come over here?" Uuuuum, ok so I did. When I got to the table they were still joking around and debating who would interview me and one guy said "I'm on my break" I later found out he was one of the managers. Fast forward to 2 weeks later they called and said that the district manager wanted to speak with me and asked if I could come in at 11:30. When I got there they said that he wouldn't be there until 12. 12:40 rolled around and I was still just sitting there. One girl was nice enough to charge my phone for me. I never even ended up meeting with the district manager. On both occasions I was sat in a dirty booth at a dirty table that no one even bothered to offer to clean.
