Night Owl Pizza — Restaurant in Georgia

I'll start by saying Night Owl has been my family's go to spot for pizza and wings for the past 4 years. We've seen their ratings continually decrease along with the quality of food and definitely their customer service over this time. We looked past our wings arriving virtually raw in the past and just placed them in our oven. We looked past pizzas arriving smashed in one corner of the box. We've looked past our orders being wrong countless times. However, tonight I was insulted and disrespected more than I ever have been at the Kennesaw Night Owl on Ernest Barrett. We ordered stromboli and specified that we wanted spinach and onion only as we don't eat beef or pork. We've ordered this hundreds of times. After an hour and 30 minutes, we received a "regular" stromboli with the meat, peppers, etc. We called to have our order replaced and was told that it wasn't their fault, that's how a stromboli comes. So they refused to replace the order and also refused to give us a refund, but offered 20% off the next order. I had to drive to the store at 1am to be told by the "manager" that the woman on the phone is "new" and doesn't know better, but still it's not their fault so they don't have to give a refund. The manager stated, "I don't give you your money back, what can you do?" My reply "Call the police." And his reply, "well then I would call my attorney". They would rather pay lawyer fees than fix my order or provide a refund. The manager then states, "I know your face. I've delivered to you plenty of times myself. So that's why I'm going to give you a refund." He then states, "you ate a few fries, so I can't refund that". He adds, "we delivered it, so you must be charged a delivery fee also". I helped him understand he was going to refund the full amount that I paid, including the tip. His response was since I paid cash, I must wait in the store until the driver returns and get my cash back from her, versus him opening the register and refunding my money. I will NEVER do business with them again. This was the worst experience I have ever had with...

Why I will never spend my hard earned money here again, and if you get delivery from here a few times then you'll understand. Doesn't matter how good the pizza is, when customer service is terrible, time after time after time, you get fed up, and now I'm DONE! I've had numerous bad experiences with this company, more bad than good! Ordered pizza two nights ago and asked for triple pepperoni but only got one pepperoni per slice. Ordered another pizza last night and the delivery driver got a nasty attitude with me last night because I wanted my money back, because my order was wrong! I called the store explained what happened and she said a manager would call me back after his break, I never received a call back. FINAL STRAW! This company acts like they don't care or appreciate their customers!

Updated Review: Ordered delivery recently and paid 18 dollars only to have most of my toppings slide off the pizza into the box in route to my house. half of the pizza crust was covered in cheese and toppings. When I called they offered to bring another one out but I didn't want to wait an hour to eat dinner... I asked if they could just credit me for a pizza my next order, and I'll eat something else for now... I've been a regular customer for over six years, and he told me the best he could do was 50%, I emailed the store and got no response. Very displeased with the customer service on this situation. Also, they used to give me a free garlic butter with each pizza I ordered, but now they charge 75 cents...

Came to rest at a hotel in Kennesaw after a very long day of driving on our road trip and looked up on Google to find spots for pizza since we were craving some. After doing some venturing we looked at the images for Night Owl pizza and decided to give it a try.

We called in to place an order for delivery and got an estimate of about 45 minutes or so for the order to be delivered which we were ok with. However with the temperature that the pizza and the garlic bread was received it seems like they had been made about 5 minutes after placing the order and had been allowed to sit there for a while. The chicken wings we ordered seemed to have been delivered at a good temp but pizza was absolutely cold. We could have appreciated someone telling us that there was a shortage of drivers or other issues so we could have considered further ordering from this spot.

Flavor of the pizza was lacking tremendously which may have been due to the temperature of the food, however honestly the pizza left a lot to be desired. The garlic bread had ok flavor but definitely was not anything special or amazing. The only thing that was decent was the wings which were a pretty good size, especially from a pizza spot.

Overall we were fairly disappointed with our order considering that we spent a little over 50 dollars for a medium pizza, some wings and garlic bread. When we come back to Kennesaw we will be avoiding ordering from this place...
