Starbucks — Restaurant in Kennesaw

Hi. My name is Christina and I’d like to share my experience with this location. This morning at around 10am, I pulled in to order a drink before work. My best friend passed away Monday morning so I’m still an emotional mess and started sobbing while ordering my drink. Ann(or Anne idk I’m sorry ;(() was such a wonderful person and helped me see that it was normal to randomly cry. I kept apologizing to her about my ugly sobbing and She kept reassuring me that everything would be ok. After I ordered my drink my nose started bleeding (lol of course), it soaked my mask and my hands so I was understandably more upset. I pulled up to the window and asked for napkins and hand sanitizer and Ann sprang into action, gave me my drink and once again was consoling me, offered to sit in my car with me for awhile and made it her goal to make me feel better. This has been the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had at a fast food/coffee restaurant. I owe her so many thanks and if I could’ve given her a hug I would’ve. She is the most sweetest most kindest person I could’ve asked to serve me this morning. It pains me that I didn’t have cash to tip. Thank you so much Starbucks for hiring Ann and having her take my order. I had the biggest pleasure speaking with her at the window and I just wanna let everyone know that she’s amazing. The Starbucks on Barrett Pkwy is by far the best store I have ever encountered. My job has required me to work through the pandemic, and every morning on my way in, since March, this team has given stellar service. I drive past two other Starbuck’s every morning just to come to this one. Anne, Andrew, Emilie, Zoie, Kim, Tanya, Demick, and Lanie greet me every morning with a warm welcome, and have not only remembered my name, but have perfected my complicated drink order! I think of them whenever I travel and think “ I wish my starbucks team were here to show them how to make this!” Through what has been a tough time for all of us, worldwide, they have ALWAYS given 100% in service and effort, and it is greatly appreciated. Tristen and Danielle are the backbone of this Starbucks! They truly go out of their way to make your experience the best service you’ve ever had! They’re thoughtful, remember my name and order every time, and always make sure to make me feel special! I loyally come to this Starbucks almost every single day just to see Tristen and Danielle! Even if it’s out of my way, I will always go to this Starbucks because of their kindness and excellent customer service!
