Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Georgia

I'm not surprised that most of the reviews for this Papa Johns location are extremely low, If I could rate without giving any stars at all; I would. I went there yesterday (January 1, 2018) around 10:15 p.m. expecting to devour a few slices of pizza but instead I left with an bad taste in my mouth from the terrible service that I received. It was very cold outside and rather than letting me inside, while someone was sitting on the inside waiting for an order, I had to place my order through a walk-up window on the outside. The girl that was working at the window took her time although she saw me driving up to the store and the worst part about it all was her attitude while I tried to place an order as if I was an inconvenience. I was shocked so I decided not to place the order and then she slammed the shutter in front of the speaker and had the audacity to be upset... (wow) I was the one who left still hungry followed by disappointment. I'm new to the area and just like many of the others that gave a 1 rating, you loss another potential customer....

I ordered my pizza at 8:30 was told it would be delivered in 30 minutes. After 45 minutes I called to find out exactly why it was late. I was told the deliveey driver had already left with my pizza and it should arrive in 5 to 7 mins. Still No pizza after 5 to 7 mins. After about an hour and a half the pizza arrived hard, cold and stale. I called and spoke to the Manager who was very Rude and confrontational about the issue however She finally agreed to refund my money. When asked if she could send a fresh Pizza, very rudely she said no I don't have time. This was at 10pm, mind you they close at midnight. I have been a customer of the Austell store for over 5 years...every Friday night we order a large pizza, wings and a 2litter drink, no longer will we order from Pappa Johns. Service has been consistently getting worse not betrer. Now I have to wait 5 to 10 days for a refund when the manager could have just offered me a free pizza the next night just to save me as...

Don't go to this Papa John's location! It's worth the extra time driving to another location nearby. We had a negative experience, including disrespectful employees, poor food quality, and more than an hour wait time (for 1 pizza, which we picked up). We try not to leave negative reviews, but we have reached out to Customer Care (twice) and also directly to the store management (twice), with pictures from our experience as well as direct quotes of what was said to us (rude and seemingly discriminatory comments) and no one has made any effort to correct any of our issues and concerns. We love Papa John's, but we are very disappointed and disheartened with this location and how our negative experience was handled (or has yet to be handled, 4 weeks later).
