East West Commons Shopping Center — Local services in Mableton

This store and I didn't have a good relationship. Went there bought a GE Washer Machine and was given a delivery date. Date of delivery it never came called the store I had to wait and wait and wait on the phone as to why it didn't come. I was given a lame excuse suppose to come the next day and no delivery called again and got attitude from a assistant manager. Third day still no delivery went to the store 6am the next morning and got a refund no one ever called to see what happened or apologized. Took my money went to Home Depot and everything was on the money I returned this year and bought a upright freezer AGAIN they were on point Home Depot that is. Lowe's needs better...

If I could give lowes a 0 I would . Their service is bad . The employees in the appliance department are rude and dont care about the customers . I had to wait in line for a while to get help . The employee was carrying on a conversation about things that wasnt important taking to long knowing that I needed help and didnt care. When he finally got to me he made me wait longer just to help someone else. Not only that he placed my order and screwed that up and made me go to customer service for my refund . Screwing up my orders seems to happen alot with them. They were not only rude to me but also other customers...

This is my SECOND Review....my delivery came today, and the cover to the griller I ordered was "NOT" included with the delivery!! So, I drove 7 miles to pick it up!! Fortunately they have it in stock!! Didn't have to wait long for the cashier to pull it from stock, but like my "FIRST" review....STILL didn't see any other employees to help but the cashier's!!!! I prefer LOWE’S over Home Depot, but this location...let's just say, I'll drive a longer distance before I return to this one again (East-West Connector)...
