Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Georgia

By far my worst pizza experience ever. I ordered a pizza they told me it would be ready in twenty minutes I drove down there, now I needed to get dressed so I figured by the time I get there it should be done. We arrived and they said the pizza was not ready but was in the oven. We had a seat while the staff served other pick up orders and even handled some returns from customers who had received the wrong items. One lady came in with 3 boxes she had received while we waited stating that was not what she had ordered and she was told that it would be 30 minutes before they could prepare her replacement order. She came back, picked up her reorder and left, all the while we waited patiently, by now we have been waiting over an hour for a pizza that we were told would be ready in 20 minutes as our order was simple, a pepperoni stuffed crust pepperoni pie. After we had been there for 90 minutes we got up and asked how much longer we would have to wait as the awful music had given me a headache and at this point I could no longer stand to be there. They said it would be 2 more minutes, I decided to wait in the car, after we had seen a few tiktok videos in the car my bestie went back in to inquire on our pie, this time they told her it would be another 5 minutes lol by now we had decided to go and get burgers at Checkers that would probably be the only thing open were we would not be so disappointed. The lady came out with a box as we were getting ready to back out of the parking space and gifted us the pizza. Now, one would think that this compensates for the wait. We got home and the pizza was cold as ice and it was burnt and broken so confusing this pizza was that the cheese in the crust never melted yet the pepperoni on top of the pizza was dry and crispy and the crust burnt. I called in an order requesting 3 large pizza’s from Papa John’s on S. Hairston in Stone Mountain Georgia. The order was supposed to include a stuffed crust cheeseburger pizza. First problem was the customer service rep had my name entered in the system completely wrong, so they had issues locating my order. I was told that the order would take 29 minutes, however it took almost one hour for a carryout. After receiving my order, I proceeded home and when I arrived home, my order was wrong - I was missing the stuffed pizza that I paid extra to receive. So I called the store location to report the issue. The manager was VERY unfriendly and insisted that in order for Papa John’s to fix the issue, that I needed to return the pizza to the store and pay extra money for the order that Papa John’s messed up. By this time, it was already 11 pm. I brought the pizza back at 11:15 p.m. and when I arrived, the manager came to the door, wearing no mask. I also noticed that the cook weren’t wearing masks either. When I expressed my shock in Papa John’s customer service, the manager basically told me it was my fault and that I should have checked my order before I left. The workers at this Papa Johns location are terrible. Ordered 2 topping pizza with Extra Sauce. By the time I get home to enjoy the pizza, NO Extra Sauce wasn't in my pizza as the sauce felt flat plus evaporated into the bread during the baking process feeling like eating bread n cheese pizza with barely any toppings. No one shouldn't feel like they are required to buy pizza sauce dipping cups(89 cents each plus the size of these cups are a joke/rip-off) to enjoy their pizza due to the lack of pizza sauce on the pizza.

If this problem happens at ever other Papa Johns pizza location, I'm done with them completely.

Some people mentioned this in their reviews that they seen them fix people's food orders with no gloves on. I seen the female worker with Long Pink Nails On Her Fingers Fixing The Pizza Orders Bare Hands Without Gloves On when I walked in & My order was already done before I walked in to get the pizza I ordered.

Everytime I order Extra Sauce in my pizza from Domino's they always get that part done right everytime and If Dominos didn't stop having marinara sauce as the option I would still get my pizza...
