0 stars. I placed my order via the app at 9:30pm. Delivery driver had my full address as it is stated in the app on my account. I even messaged the delivery driver directly at 9:49pm. Got notification they were close by & saw via the map in the app that they were literally inside my complex at 9:56pm. Barely a few minutes later at 9:58pm the driver cancelled my order & returned my entire order to the store!! I called the store to speak with the manager to inquire what the heck is going on. The manager didn’t know & said maybe because all the delivery driver had for my address was “2ns floor”. Like don’t be dense. I asked the manager if HE could see my full address for the order to which he said YES. I emphasized so how the heck are you saying the delivery driver can’t see the same thing. I also pointed out that obviously “2ns floor” is a typo to indicate 2nd floor of the building AND i reached out to the delivery driver TWICE while they were in my complex and they ignored me! Manager said he would get my order back out asap. An hour later still no order!! I call in again and the manager says the new delivery driver JUST got to the store?!?! By the time my food came I was TIRED & the food was NOT warm. With how long they took to send my order out, they should have remade it so it was fresh. A ridiculous experience. Read moreAn absolute disappointment from the very beginning it started with the interaction on the phone as soon as he answered the phone and should not be answering the phone for a business totally confrontational was unaware of the menu or any promotions that was going on, and when asked about them Insinuated it was my job to know them and utterly disappointment. Long story short when I called he didn’t have no knowledge of any of the menu items and was agitated at me because I was trying to spend more money with the establishment. I thought this was unprofessional and it seemed as if he did not want to be at work. The manager was right next to him And made me wait on hold on the phone for about seven minutes thinking that it would discourage me, but I waited just to have no solutions. I ordered two pizzas with pepperoni very simple but I wanted to add on wings. I wanted to add on other things and try to put them as a combo. Read moreUPDATE!!! The store manager, Matthew Faulkner, reached out to me via email and offered his apologies for the mess up on my order. He has offered to remake my order at a future date by calling him directly. So far this is great customer service and very appreciated!!! I will update again at the future date when I do have my entire order remade.
This place really is a hit or miss! My husband likes his pizza well done, lite cheese, and square cut. We ordered tonight. His pizza (which was ordered through the website so my customization was very clear) had a ton of cheese!!! He wanted light sauce this time due to last time it being overwhelmed with sauce. Big mistake apparently. He literally got a dusting of sauce. I also ordered a stuffed crust for the first time. The crust was delicious, but the rest of the pizza was soggy with too much cheese! I’d call to make a complaint, but I have not had the best experience with management here. Overall, I think I’m done with Papa Johns. Paying $50 for food for it to just be gross and inedible, is not okay! I will be calling corporate in the morning. We will see if they care about...
