I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at Cold Stone Creamery, specifically due to the appalling behavior of one employee named Charlotte. My visit to your establishment on 1.22.24 turned out to be a nightmare, and I am compelled to share my experience.
From the moment I stepped up to place my order, Charlotte's attitude was anything but friendly. When I tried to reiterate my order, she became defensive and started rolling her eyes, stating, "I'm measuring…." This dismissive behavior was completely uncalled for and set the tone for the rest of my visit.
To make matters worse, when I asked for a towel to wipe off the sides of the containers that were dripping with ice cream, Charlotte responded in a nasty tone, saying, "We don't have a towel, we have napkins," as if it was an inconvenience for her to accommodate a simple request. As I was already using the napkins provided, her response only added to my frustration.
However, the pinnacle of my disappointment came when I discovered a HAIR in the $19 gallon of ice cream that Charlotte had prepared for me. I cannot express how disgusted and appalled I was at finding a HAIR in the product I had just purchased. This is absolutely unacceptable, and it reflects poorly on the hygiene standards at this Cold Stone Creamery.
I find it incomprehensible that basic food safety measures, such as requiring hairnets, are not enforced for employees handling food. Charlotte's lack of professionalism and the unsanitary conditions in which my ice cream was prepared have left me with a product I cannot consume.
This experience has tarnished my perception of Cold Stone Creamery, and I can confidently say that I will never patronize this specific establishment again. Customer service and hygiene should be top priorities for any food-related business, and it's disheartening to see such a lack of attention to these fundamental aspects.
I hope my feedback serves as a wake-up call for Cold Stone Creamery to reevaluate its employee training and hygiene practices to prevent other customers from enduring similarly unpleasant...

Owner please read: I really wanted to love this place because it’s close to my house and I like their flavors and options. Been here for 5+ times and the experience was all good. Service was okay and I had nothing to complain about. But the last two times when I came here I asked for the chocolate dip cone, the staff said they ran out. Tonight I went there with my husband again by 7pm and there was no chocolate dip cone again. I was upset because it’s not the first time. So I left without ordering. Not sure if it was the store policy to not have the choco dip cone, or staff was too lazy to make it? If so, why bother to put it on the display and menu? I hesitate to come back. I walked in, no welcome, no “How may I help you?” The two ladies proceeded to work on whatever they were working on. A white man walks in, not even to order but to use the restroom and both immediately welcome him! “Thanks for coming in!” They shouted. I just laughed. I then told the lady in front, “Hey! I'm here for an order!” She looked at me and said “Well, I'm still working on it!” which was so strange bc I didn't give her my name.
