Upon arrival we were exceptionally greeted by the workers. I ordered the pizza. I added onions, green peppers, black beautiful olives, pepper, parmesan and topped with creamy chipotle. I asked for more onions and the worker added “one” onion to it, and walked quickly over to the oven to put it in and didn’t ask me anything else. I asked her why did she add only 1 onion after I asked for extra. She replied that she’d already put extra onions on it by “mistake” which I found very interesting as I am the paying customer and I usually add extra veggies to my pizza and/or sub. I asked her that I would like more onions added to it, meanwhile she never took the pizza out the oven to fulfill my requests. She then stated, “we cannot add anything extra to it, but I added it as you are a customer”. Huh????🤔 I asked her, “ you can add the extra charge to it because I would like extra onions”. She went on to say there is no “charge” for extra that she can ring up”. I politely said oh ok. We paid for our meal and left. I quickly went to the survey, but unfortunately their store number is not generated as a part of the Subway surveys. That is what brought me here. I have never in the history of eating at Subway, have anyone ever tell me I cannot have extra onions, and there is no charge for it. Well just add the onions. What harm does that do lady? She’s so weird. That is terrible customer service to TELL someone. Customer service is about accommodating your guest. I did not ask for anything beyond what they can not do. It’s simple. You simply charge me a price of a cookie or something, I don’t care. I wanted extra onions. You should be ashamed of yourself lady and you need to take a class before serving people in the customer service world or have someone else to do it. Very petty. Very stingy. There is no shortage of onions anywhere in the world. Just terrible!
Also. I called the store and asked for a manager and the person said they are not there. I asked for the managers contact number and she says that’s she didn’t have it. I asked for the store location # and she said she didn’t know it. I asked if there was someone else that worked there that knew the store number and she says no. Read moreI was charged for an online order, and told on the site that my order would be ready at 8:35. When I arrived at 8:40 they said that they never received my order. I showed them the charge to my account, including the store identifier. They said that I would have to place the order again, and that couldn't take my order again, in person. That I would have to order through the site. Again. Despite it already taking my money. I tried, and it sent me to an error page, and I showed this to them. THEY STILL WOULDNT JUST MAKE THE SANDWICH THAT I HAD PROVEN TO HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR, NOR WOULD THEY GIVE ME A REFUND OF ANY KIND. Absolutely HORRIBLE guest experience. She replaced the order online AGAIN only to get home and the order is incorrect. We called the store and the employee was nice and was understanding about the situation. He let the store owner know what happened and she ok’d for him to fix it. My daughter went back to the store and got her food corrected, again the employee was still kind about the situation. The OWNER then called my daughter and was being real disrespectful and rude to her because she came back to get her order fixed which was so un-professional.
