**** See my edited review below **** Wow!! Such incredible customer service! I walked up to order. Mena took her time answering all of my questions. She was very knowledgeable. I told her the kind of drink I’d like with the specific ingredients and she was able to tailor it exactly how I like it. I watched the guy make the drink and he asked me as he handed it to me to try it first to see if it was to my liking. Wow, that was so special to have an employee ask me that!! They both were very kind. Edited to update review, 11/6/25: I’ve now been here three times. The first time was an excellent experience. I had downloaded the app and got the free medium coffee. Visits two and three pulled the rug out from underneath me. Visit #2, 11/5/25: 20-minute wait. To cut costs, they do not provide napkins to the customer. I asked for some at the pick-up window and they seemed flustered and went and grabbed some from their sink station. You know the kind, those wide folded white hard napkins you see in public restrooms. When placing my order in line, after paying, the sweet Gen Zer pops the tablet in my face and asks me to leave a tip. A tip? Really? I didn’t know that the coffee shop pays them $2 and hour. That’s the only reason I would have left a tip. Do you know how awkward, uncomfortable, inappropriate, opportunistic it is for a coffee shop to request a customer to pay their employees with a tip when the employee is already getting paid an hour hourly wage? Not only that but their app has a place to ā€œactivate auto tipping.ā€ WTH??? So rude. (See photo proof). Visit #3, 11/6/25: NO ICE MEANS HIGHER PRICES!! I asked for a small latte with no ice and they charged me the same price as a large drink. I asked why it was so much more expensive and they said because they have pre-measured levels for their drinks and that they would have to add extra coffee to fill it to the top which costs more. So if you don’t have ice in your drink, it’s going to cost you much much more. Ice is not an ingredient, nor should the customer be charged a fee in order to fill the cup all the way up with coffee. Even at Starbucks, they don’t charge you a fee in order to fill it all the way to the top. They will just leave the top empty if you ask for no ice. But this place charges a large drink price for a small drink because you asked for no ice. All in all, I’ll use up my remaining $15 on the app and will go back to Starbucks. I’m sure they won’t miss this old Karen lady anyway. I would hope the Gen Zers would wake up to this price gouging that’s happening to them and demand fair pricing.

I’ve gone to a different location decided to give this location a try the staff is very friendly and kind but the drink I ordered was not it! I could make a better one at home. I ordered their holiday drink asked for caramel drizzle because I knew from previous drinks that the drinks weren’t sweet enough but didn’t get any caramel drizzle. I asked for the soft top too it was very little barely any. DUTCH BROS COFFEE is my opinion is over hyped I will be sticking to my STARBUCKS instead.

They’re open!!! The line wasn’t too crazy; they had plenty of employees working and were whipping out drinks pretty quick. I think the biggest problem was just the red light getting into the place. The drinks were excellent and everyone was very friendly. Plenty of parking if you want to skip the line and go to their walk up window.

Finally the Starbucks Killer šŸ˜‚ I had this for the first time back home in Kansas City . And when I tell you that this location didn’t disappoint with that same quality! I got a holiday cookie freeze this time which is basically a frappe but theirs come out really thick like a milkshake not watery like Starbucks, My daughter got a hot chocolate ā˜•ļø she was also surprised it didn’t taste like...
