This is the new location and I’m sure they have to work through service issues. I’ve been to this location three times since they opened and never had a great experience . Even when you place your order via the app, they will bring food out to all the cars behind you and ask you to pull down into a parking spot. If they don’t ask you to pull down you have to wait excessively long to get your food. Last, I placed an order before I arrived via the app and chose pickup and selected I was already there even when I was across the street and my food still wasn’t ready (one chicken biscuit). Today, 11 June 2025 around 7:21am, I was asked to pull into a parking spot for my food. I requested a refund instead. It took 5 minutes to get a refund where the cashier and another gentleman had to request the manager twice. I was offered a free sandwich and I respectfully declined. The location does not meet chic fil a standards and I will opt to go back to my old faithful location where the service is fast, reliable, and respectful of my time when I’m spending my money. While inside, the Uber eats driver had to request the employee to seal the bag of food that she was picking up for a customer. After two attempts the employee successfully sealed the bag. Read moreThis location is a time saver for people who don't want to go all the way to the Mall area, or go through the slog at the Duluth Highway location. Employees are great, and the entrance and drive through entrance lanes are well-made. The problem is getting out of the drive-through. After over a week now, they're still as slow filling the mobile through lane orders as they were day of. They should have added a side lane into that open grassy space past the drive through for delayed cars, because the lanes get backed up and clogged by cars waiting when other cars are ready to go. It took 5 minutes in mobile through with only two cars already waiting in the mobile through lane at the window for their orders and only one car at the pickup window with no other cars in the drive through. 5 minutes in mobile through sitting at the pickup window with a nearly empty drive through for a Cobb salad and lemonade is ridiculous. I reserved forming an initial opinion until after over a week because it takes a week or so for kitchen staff and everyone else to gel and create that speed CFA is known for. Read moreI am a faithful Chick-fil-A customer me and my children come here literally every day after school I usually go to the one by the mall of Georgia they’re amazing but I went to this location because they just opened up about a month ago and it’s closer to my house. The first time I came I ordered Nuggets and they gave me tenders. I called and spoke to And the manager Was a little bit competitive with me he said he would put my name in a book. I came a week later and they didn’t have any issues with giving me my meal But the fact that they gave me cold nuggets, and I spent more money on top of that to buy two more meals, and my food was so cold I don’t know if she had a bad day the manager, but she’s not a great role model for none of them and not the way she talks either. So why I was observing everything in the store a manager kind of got a little attitude with one of the workers And the employee had to walk away from not crying. I didn’t say nothing because it’s not my business, but Chick-fil-A doesn’t operate that way even if they had any issues you wouldn’t even know it. I’m so proud of the Worker. She was a young lady.
