Starbucks — Restaurant in Georgia

Wanted my afternoon refresher Mango Dragon fruit...i love the litte pieces of dragon fruit....first the person doesny use my points and has to get someone to fix it...that took a while then she didnt tell me they didnt have all the ingredients to make it especially the best part gave me a glass of what looked like water and taste worse then tries to tell me the pieces only give it color...if so something else is missing in your mixture. So I ask for my money back now I have to go to kroger customer service...which is closed i go back to the starbucks counter they they stand there like they dont know what to do um find a store manager any manage something...and no i dont want...

Been coming here for years. In the past is walk in and they'd start making my order. Yesterday I ordered a caramel frappe and a white moca and got some sorta iced version of it but since I spent about 15 min waiting on it I decided to roll with it and go be it a go. The frappe was way too sweet and the iced wm didn't taste good whatever it was. Now I'm here again and the staff is different so I figured I'd give it a go again. Been here 33 min. Only reason I stayed this long waiting on it was because I ran into an old friend and used the time to catch up.... I hope someone will read this and make this place...

This was my first and last time here, I drove 15 minutes only to realize that #1 this Starbucks was inside of a Kroger, after standing in line for 10 minutes I walk up to the counter the young lady that was behind the counter was not the polite. I actually spoke first I tried ordering a Frappuccino only to be informed that there “Machine was down” also I would like to add their were 2 women behind the counter. The second young lady who was not taking orders was on her phone the entire time. Terrible customer service and how was the “Frap” machine down when that’s the most common beverage...
