Rosati's Pizza and Sports Pub — Restaurant in Georgia

My favorite pizza in the entire Cumming/Sugar Hill/Suwanee/Johns Creek area....seriously, all there seem to be are a bunch of "New York" style or total garbage chain pizza places around here and really none of it's all that good...believe me, I've tried them all. Rosatis is actually fantastic! They have a delicious and flavorful crust. They are a Chicago style pizza joint, but their signature pizza isn't your Gino's East Deep Dish type Chicago style pizza, although they do offer a classic Chicago deep dish, plus another thicker crust style that's not deep dish, just a thicker hand rolled crust for those who don't love thin crust....they're all delicious though! I usually order the signature thinner crust because it brings out the best in the delicious dough they make, but as I said before, its all amazing. I'm super picky about pizza and rarely eat it anymore, because I used to have to drive so far to get pizza I felt was decent, but Rosati ' s changed all that! I totally love their pizza. I've been looking for a good pizza place in or around Cumming and decided to give this place a try, and I'm glad I did! I got a calzone and the chicken Alfredo. The Alfredo was really good! You can tell the sauce is homemade with how creamy and cheesy it is! Rich but not too rich with the creaminess. Noodles were cooked perfectly and not lumped together at all👍 The calzone was nice and toasty and had a good amount of mozzarella, I just wish it had some ricotta in it but it was still really yummy! And big! Calzones are hit and miss around here but this one did not disappoint and could easily feed two people, same with the alfredo. Only gripe I have is that their online prices are not accurate anymore, so be aware of that. It said online the cheese calzone was 10.99 and the Alfredo 12.99 but both were 15.99.. but both had great portion sizes regardless so still a good deal. Also the employee at the carry out counter was very friendly and my food only took 20 minutes which was ready on arrival. I will definitely be back to...

I would leave 0 stars if possible. Upon arrival I realized it was not a good night to eat out as there was no parking spaces available. I went against my better judgement decided to go in wait with my family after 30 mins we were told it will not be more than 10 mins before we get seated. Customer Service was non existent as all workers were running around unorganized. Even after watching the chaos I was not displeased as we decided to wait knowingly it was a very busy night. After another 20 mins we asked the host how long will the wait be?? by this moment we realized customers were being seated while we continued to wait the host was lost for words. He approached a large man with a hat appeared to me he was the manager. MANAGER USING HIS LOUD VOICE CONTINUED TO SAY IT DOESN'T EVEN MATTER using hand expressions as if he were saying let them leave endless to say we will not be going back.
