If you are looking for a breakfast/ brunch restaurant that has freshly made ready to order food, then look no further! This restaurant is located right across the street from the Collection off exit 13.

First Watch takes pride in putting their customers first from the moment they walk in all the way until the moment they leave. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile and a "Welcome in!". Many restaurants lack in great let alone good quality customer service for the front of house, however, this is not the case at this restaurant!

I ordered the Farmhouse Skillet, Million Dollar Bacon and a Kale Tonic juice for my breakfast. The Farmhouse Skillet is honestly to die for in my opinion! It's the perfect blend of flavors that compliment one another like yin and yang compliment one another! Trust me, your taste buds will thank you! This skillet consists of two eggs on top (prepared any style you would like), seasoned potatoes, pieces of smoked bacon, grilled onions and sun dried tomatoes, cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese and sliced avocado! The price for this skillet is $11.69.

The million dollar bacon was just deliciously mouthwatering to say the least! The bacon is a hardwood smoked flavor which they bake in brown sugar, black pepper, cayenne and then lightly drizzle maple syrup on top! YUM. I savored every bite! The syrup and the brown sugar make the initial flavor sweet, however, you also get a slight kick in the back of the throat from the black pepper and cayenne. The price tag on this bad boy is $4.99 and worth EVERY PENNY; trust me.

The last item I ordered was the Kale Tonic! I'm not one to typically order a "healthy" drink, but my waitress recommended it so I said why not. To my surprise, I actually really enjoyed it! It complimented my meal very well and was light and refreshing. The juice consists of kale, Fuji apple, cucumber and lemon. I definitely felt like I was channeling my inner white girl every sip haha This drink was $3.99.

My overall experience at this location was excellent! My waitress was excited and super passionate about the food they served on their menu. Like I said above, after I placed my order she recommended I try one of their kale tonic fresh juice which goes very well with their skillets. So glad I took her recommendation, because it definitely added to the overall enjoyment of my meal. I am excited to see this location grow over the next year. The only downside to this new location is that it is 5 minutes from my house which means my wife is going to be here ALLLLL THE TIIIIME! Do you guys do year memberships like a gym, because I'm going to have to add a "First Watch" line to our monthly...

EDITED: From 3 to 1 star. Went with family. Long story short, took 30 mins to be seated and 30 mins to get lukewarm to cold food. Spoke with manager, sent back items just to get the same thing back. Had the manager eat some of my dish to confirm my experience. He stated he was embarrassed with the reorder. THIS PLACE IS INCONSISTENT AT BEST. See pics of avocado and such from this visit (pic 14). I’m truly disappointed because I want to like this place however will not be returning.

Open 2 months. Arrived Saturday 9:02. Seated immediately. Atmosphere was buzzing with family and friends breaking bread as a community.

Alex was my server. Very nice and vibrant! I asked for her recommendation which she jokingly asked if I wanted top 10. I decided to go for the Chickichanga.

Food arrived 9:32

The presentation was nice however I could visually tell that the potatoes weren’t cooked enough nor had enough seasoning. (See pic) I expected it to have a bit of spice given the description. I, historically am not a spicy food fan but lately I’ve enjoyed dishes with a little bit of bite. I cut into the middle to get a full taste of the dish. It had a very mild taste which made me slice it apart. (See pic) I noticed no avocado as well as eggs. I asked Alex about the prep to get a fair perspective. Avocado was missing however the tortilla is coated in eggs rather than inside (I was thinking more of a scramble inside) The chicken appeared to be a precooked version rather than a fresh irregular slice or chunk.

Alex was VERY accommodating stating she’d bring new cooked potatoes and avocado on the side. I declined because I wanted to experience it on the first round but she really wanted to make it right.

Overall, aesthetically pleasing place. Great vibe, great service, and okay food. I’ll return in a month or so to see if things have improved before...

While this particular review focuses on a specific location, I would like to emphasize that this experience does not reflect the overall reputation and quality of the brand as a whole.

Unfortunately, my recent visit to this particular establishment left a lot to be desired. Upon entering, I was met with a cozy atmosphere and friendly staff, which initially gave me high hopes for a satisfying dining experience. However, those hopes quickly diminished as I delved into meal.

To start, the temperature of the food served was disappointingly cold. It was evident that the dishes had been sitting out for a while before being brought to our table. Additionally, the meat and bacon were burned to the point of being almost inedible.

On a previous visit to this same location, we were served coffee in dirty coffee mugs. It was disheartening to see that such a basic cleanliness aspect had been neglected. It left me questioning the overall hygiene practices of the establishment and raised concerns about the quality of other food preparation areas.

Despite this disappointing experience, I would like to reiterate that this particular location does not represent the high standards and exceptional food that I have come to expect from this chain restaurant. The brand has built a reputation for providing delicious meals in a clean and welcoming environment, and I have experienced that firsthand at other locations.

While I may not be returning to this specific branch in the future, I sincerely hope that the management takes these concerns seriously and works towards improving the overall dining experience. The potential for greatness is present, but it is essential for this location to meet the high standards set by its brand in order to regain its reputation as a trusted and enjoyable dining...

Food was good but the host seating people was so loud and annoying. She was literally screaming at the guests. Every time a guest walked in the door, she would demand to know if they had put their name on the list. And she was so loud! I was mid way through my meal and went in to the bathroom and she stopped me to ask if my name was on the list and I told her I was going to the bathroom and she insisted that she needed to know if my name was on the list and I told her I was outside eating (she had seated us) so she let me in to go to the bathroom. She reminded me of an aggressive bouncer at a bar. Then when people would park to go to the bank she would scream (and I mean scream) at them to ask if they were coming to the restaurant, and tell them they would be towed. You can tell the guest about parking when/if they enter the restaurant rather than screaming across the parking lot at people trying to go to the bank. We ate outside and she was so loud we could not hear each other. She also loudly complained about the busboys. I’ve never seen a host act like this. The food was good. Solid brunch. Potatoes were nice. Our server was attentive after our food arrived but sparse before. Took a long time to order.
