Update 4/16)
I contacted the manager as they requested in answer to my previous review, and spoke with him on the phone. He was very apologetic and very nice. He asked for the opportunity to make it right and sent me a gift card in the mail (that’s the option I chose so I didn’t need to ask for him when I went back in).
Our family was served by Daniel this evening, who was very personable, very quick, and very kind. The customer service was top notch- and not because I asked for the manager, because I never did, this was simply a much better experience.
So I’m changing my 1 star review to 4 Stars.

Went tonight, as we walked in the hostess said they are closing in 30 minutes. So I asked- are we able to eat or no? She said it was up to us, but we need to know they are closing. I responded - actually that is up to you- are you still seating people for meals? She said if we really wanted but she needs us to know they are closing.
Actually, I don’t need to know you are closing. I need to know whether service has ended and you have stopped seating new customers. We had a long night and had to eat dinner late, it wasn’t planned, it was just the reality. We didn’t also need a guilt trip because the restaurant didn’t empower their hostess to cut off seating ahead of close.
How many in your party? And please follow me- were the only required statements.

Our server disappeared after taking our order, waited without refills for 10 minutes before I stopped another server m, just to find out our waitress was called back to work in the kitchen. New waitress said she would check on our food, never came back to inform us what was going on. I had to go find another server to see what the issue was. Was told the kitchen was really backed up, however people who came in after us was getting service and their food before us. In the meantime while we waited for our pizza our new server didn’t even check in on us to see how our apps were or if we needed refills…I get it was a Friday night and the kitchen gets backed up, but having our server leave and us (the patrons)and not having anyone take their place is unprofessional. Not to mention that no one came over to check if we needed more refills , or when our food came, didn’t even ask us how our food was, just brought us our check….and not even the slightest apology. Read moreFood was great as always. Great calzones and pizzas for the family. Trouble last night was that we were asked if we wanted to sit on the enclosed "heated" patio and we said yes to get seated faster. Problem was, one zippered corner of the enclosure right beside us from floor to ceiling was completely broken and 2 feet wide gap of freezing wind was blowing directly at our table. Do not sit on the so called "heated" patio. It is broken. We bundled up and dealt with it until a table opened up across the porch away from the freezing gap. We asked a waitress if we could move and the next people be seated at the table we were at. She said no. We asked why and she said "that is not how the restaurant industry works. Have any of you ever worked in the restaurant industry?" Then she began to argue for minutes, looking directly at our 11yr old daughter freezing, until we asked for a manager's opinion. She came back 5 mins later saying we could move. She was miserable and angry. Overall...food was great, Patio is not truly "heated", and one miserable waitress had horrible customer service.
