I don't get all of the negative reviews on this place. It's clean, quiet, the view to the outside is very open and I love it. I ordered some tempura green beans, and they were like a 7/10 (wish they were a bit crispier), and I got baked ravioli, which was delicious. I'm used to the sauce being a bit thicker than what I got, but it was made up for by the amount of ravioli I got, which was more than I usually get. They were perfectly stuffed. The waitress, Annette, was such a lovely, charming person who was on top of everything and checked up on us at a very good rate: not too little that we're left hanging, but not too much that it's annoying. Everyone else at my table loved their food as well. My girlfriend got 3-cheese chicken pasta (I think?) and I had a bite of that, and it was amazing. My mom and grandmother both got burgers, and they were cooked precisely to order and they said they were very, very good. While I didn't have any, the salad bar was clearly very extensive, and looked pretty well maintained.
Literally the only cons for me was that the wifi sucked, the green beans were a bit less crispy than I wished, and the bathroom sink area should be cleaned up a bit.
Good service, good food, good place. By Ruby Tuesday standards, the staff are doing a near-perfect job. By non-chain, sit-down restaurant standards, an...
Read moreVery disappointed. Our server, Madison, I noticed was working very hard at cleaning the dining area. I even remarked to my husband with only 6 people being in the dining room, she was really keeping herself busy while still being attentive. THEN..the couple behind us noticed an error on their bill. They were billed for something they did not receive. At that time a party of approximately 12 arrived with gifts and balloons ready to celebrate a birthday. The hostess informed them they could not be seated together. I do not know the reason but remember only 6 people in the dining area. They asked to be together. The hostess went to the Manager twice to ask about seating. Obviously the Manager declined their request. Ruby Tuesday just lost a good sale and customers as I watched them leave and go to Applebee's next door!! Then our bill. I ordered a margarita. When asked if I wanted top shelf I declined and opted for house cocktail. I was charged for top shelf and when I questioned this I was told top shelf is their house margarita. THERE ARE 2 DIFFERENT MARGARITAS ON THE MENU. Rather than argue over something that was so hard for someone to comprehend, we paid and left taking one last look around never to return. The Manager should be replaced for turning those people away for no...
Read moreThe food was presented well and tasted ok. The chicken tenders and coconut shrimp are not from scratch and were over fried. The boxed macaroni with nothing extra is a 👎. Ribs and pork chop meals were nice 👌. The restaurant aesthetics is LACKING. Dirty, very sticky carpet, worn plastic table covers, chairs with squeaks, rips, tears, and dirty table tops and chairs though the restaurant was mostly empty there were small old pieces of paper (trash) on both tables and chairs that we sat to. The server had no energy, did not offer to wipe the tables or take the napkins from the table after I wiped the table and chair. Did not remove or offer to move anything from this cluttered table until after we finished. She asked if we could pass her the empty plates while we packed up to go. We had to request refills. My teenager loved the food and the prices. I prepared a salad to go. I felt her piercing over my shoulder when I ran my card and entered the tip. Notably Strange, usually people bring the card machine, bill, and leave...why hang around as your presence was scarce the entire experience, so much so I thought she was preparing and expediting. The food came out a plate at a time, though we...
