Just left this Starbucks, and I just want to commend the baristas there. First off, it's a snow day in Georgia. Power outages are plaguing Marietta. And one would think... that with holidays and vacations around the corner, people would be a little nicer or a little more understanding. I was a barista once. There are many things that are completely out of a barista's control. Like, on a snow day, if Starbucks is open (meaning if at least 2 employees could physically get to work-- even when risking their lives on icy, limb-covered roads) there WILL BE a line and a wait. It never failed in my time with Starbucks that if weather was bad, customers came flooding through the door. Today, the drive thru line was around the building and at least 20 people were still waiting in cafe. Mobile orders generally get made first. You want coffee? You're gonna wait. There were 3 baristas and 1 shift supervisor (or manager). 1 person was on bar. 1. Imagine being that girl knowing there's an entire cafe of people staring at her, hungering for their name to be called, along with a drive-thru line with times in the red zone and cars FULL of people twitching for a caffeinated sugar fix. I just want to say y'all did a great job. And your district manager should buy you dinner. You faced disgruntled customers with grace. And y'all did your best. My coffee is delicious! I patiently (and gladly) waited about 20 minutes for it. During that time, I got to see the Scrooges and Grinches who won't be visited by Christmas Spirits and whose hearts will never grow. Thanks for being there even when you could be at home safe and warm with your family. And I'm sorry for the degenerates that think it's acceptable to cop an attitude or yell at you because you're just doing your job. You have...

Ordered a basic iced coffee with just creamer. Nothing crazy or complicated. I get handed a black coffee with “classic” sugar so I ask cream please- reiterated my order. The girl at the window instantly snaps back they don’t put creamer in by default as if I’ve never been to Starbucks before. I tell her I’m aware how this works and SPECIFICALLY ordered just cream in mine. They take it back and put creamer in the nasty classic infested black coffee. I don’t blame the person who made the incorrect coffee but the vile lady who could care less about the incorrect drink- they knew it had classic but didn’t bother pouring a fresh iced coffee just added creamer. Lovely experience- nasty coffee with a side of attitude. Classic is the nastiest and they put like a million grams of it in a drink and it makes my stomach hurt. When you charge $5 for a basic iced coffee get it right. I’m done coming here. Which I am sure they are happy about. Also I hate myself for having to even...
Read moreLast night on sept 15th 2018 around 9PM the I went to grab some drinks and there was only 3-4 vehicles in front of me at the drive-thru and waited for almost 30mins to get to the window, the guy at the window had his phone under the computer screen and was texting the whole time while taking orders, and he got my 2 orders wrong! Out of 3 people working there, only 1 girl was doing all the drinks! I told the dude that my drink was missing the strawberry purée and what he did is he grabbed an empty cup and added the puree there and put the other cup inside to make me think that he added it inside my niece’s drink. Didn’t noticed it until she was done with it. The name on the dude’s shirt said JAMES. I hope management or corporate fixes this problem. Because Its the only Starbucks I’ve been going to for almost 4 years since I moved in the area and I am very disappointed with this service I go almost 4times on weekdays and 2-3 times on weekends with friends. I already reported it with corporate and willing to also report it with the community if the problem...
