Pulled up to the drive thru. Ordered the 2 for $5.99 each deal they were advertising on their menu outside. Got to the window and they asked for $21.21, so I explained I wanted the 2 for 6 deal. The guy said they "didn't have it in their system". I clarified I saw it on the menu, outside, currently being advertised. So he shrugged and did nothing. I drove around, took a picture of it, got BACK in line, took a picture of the advertisement when it came up, and ordered it again using the exact wordage on the advertisement. The drive thru person (who has changed to the manager at this point) walked outside to look for the advertisement that had now DISAPPEARED! THEY CHANGED IT WHILE I ORDERED. I showed her a picture of the advertisement, as well as the order of the person in front of me to prove it wasn't an old picture, and they told me that they're not giving me the deal, because it's not in their system. I was a restaurant manager for 9 years. The manager could have adjusted it, or offered me a buy-one-get-one or something to make up for it. Instead, they gave up a sale, and now have lost a customer and everyone else I can tell about this experience because they didn't want to adjust a lunch purchased for $8 difference. Bad choice. I know me never eating there again will not impact their profit margins that much, but I will NEVER be back, and I will let everyone I know hear about this experience and actively persuade people not to go there because of...
Read moreWent to drive through. I had a coupon gave the coupon # to them they read back to me what the coupon was for asked what drink. Sat in line about 13 minutes. Pulled up to window they said it would be $5.30 . I gave exact $5 bill and 30cent. As I drove off I seen there was no fries in the bag went back around, no one in the drive through at this time and up to the window. Told the young boy at window they forgot the fries. He went and got some one else. This boy wanted to say I was lying and that there screen only said I was to get a whopper and that the coupon didn’t come with fries. I had another coupon that was the same and showed him, he said that don’t matter, their screen said I was to get only a whopper. I gave the drink back they had already taken the whopper. I had enough said give my money back and he didn’t want too, then he gave me $5 only I ask for my 30 cent he continue to argue with me, asking well how did I pay for the food and how much. Long story this is the worst experience and the worst customer service I have ever encounter at any fast food restaurant. I went to get my 78 year old dad a whopper and it turned into a headache! With the rudest young man that was in charge and clearly doesn’t have a clue in how to do his job. Lack of knowledge of handling money or even the company he is working for. I can only laugh now and feel sorry for this boy. He doesn’t...
Read moreOrdered a whopper and got the impossible whopper. Second time. Service has gotten a little better since they got rid of the other manager. But corporate has never reached out to me, called and left messages. It's like there all hiding and no one takes any responsibility for this store. No one will give you the corporate number or the general manager number to contact and voice your complaint. There obviously all here for a paycheck and never ever return your calls. I had to call Florida cuz no one in Georgia will take responsibility for their store's. Maybe one day they will all grow up and take responsibility for all there miss doing! Until then I will continue to play general manager here since, no one will accept the title and no one will step up and fix all these issues that accumulated the last 2 years. My son request burger king most of the time. But he's getting tired of the impossible whopper being swopped out for a whopper! Well i hope this message finds burger kings hidden or hiding corporate office who never takes accountability for all the issues here. The General...
