Krystal — Restaurant in Georgia

It was the worst experience I ever had in a fast food restaurant. I am a truck driver and I only get one stop a day. I came to the drive-through window and tried to order they would not take my order till the line was empty but before any car pulled up I was behind the fourth car in line so I waited my turn I did not cut anybody I was behind the fourth car they did not let me Order they told me to go to the back of the line which was really unfair seeing how I waited so long to get my order taken the manager was rude she was a heavyset blonde lady the girl at the window was very nice and was trying to take my order but the manager was rude if I was a manager at this company GM I would suspend her and let her know all customers should be treated the same that one Also any truck drivers out there please avoid going here to protest what they did to me I am a truck driver and we get one stop a day so I was not able to eat that day because of this manager We are truck drivers can’t drive through the drive-through and we can’t come in and for them to do us like that when we make the world go round is sorry despicable how do they get their food how do they get their merchandise it is us the truck drivers please show your love with me and don’t eat at...

My order was wrong. I ordered regular cheese crystals, they added bacon. They were drenched in mustard to the point that all you tasted was the mustard. They forgot my cheese fries, then I had to tell them they shorted my order two sandwiches. One of my sandwiches looked and tasted like it was drowned in water. The bun was completely wet. Didn't eat that one. Their sense of urgency was non existent. One of the employees saw me walk in, didn't acknowledge my presence instead she was focused on her conversation on her cell phone. It was about five minutes after I came in that someone from the back took my order. My lemonade tasted watered down. Trying to get a refill was a joke. They must also be the new McDonald's because when I walked in the manager told the girl up front to not sell ice cream or shakes because their machine is broken. If you like krystals, avoid this one like the plague. Finally one thing for you to note is that I saw them prepare the sandwiches on the metal counters with no kind of barrier in between the sandwich and the metal counter. Every other krystals I've been to has always put some kind of sheet in between the burgers and the metal counter. Never coming...

So I have to update my review from 5 to 1 it has been going down for a while however today kind of topped it off first I go through order then they have no change for a hundred my order was 38 so had to go to the store came back waited in line to get my food and then ordered some boss totts which is advertised everywhere told to wait so I waited 30 minutes in the meantime I put out the food I had already ordered and did not have my junkyard fries then moved on to the chili cheese pups and the styrofoam container was melted so I continue to wait and then about 20 minutes later someone came out to tell me they were not expecting anyone to order the boss tots that they are doing away with them so they did not have barbecue sauce it would take 30 minutes more to make so I told her it's fine just give me the refund for the tater tot it still took 20 minutes to get the refund I could not do anything but to live because it's not worth really getting angry over there were several people waiting on food also you would figure if they have at least four people that I seen in there working and the front Lobby is closed that is more people to focus on drive-thru and should not take that long or be...
