Subway — Restaurant in Georgia

Came to this Subway today and ordered a pepperoni pizza. With tax, my total came to $6.09. I received my pizza and left. When I got to my car I opened the pizza and took a bite. The pizza was half frozen. I walked back inside to return the pizza. I told them that it was still cold and I wanted something else b/c I was so grossed out by pizza. They immediately ask me if I wanted them to re-hear it. I said no, I’d like a sandwich now instead. I told them I wanted a spicy Italian. They then start making me a 6 inch sandwich. The 6 inch sub is $4.19. I then say, “The pizza I paid for came to $6.09 but you Don’t even have the common courtesy of giving me a sandwich of equal cost?” She begins to say the pizza really costs 5 dollars and the tax brought it to $6. I cut her off and just asked for my money back. They didn’t even apologize for giving me a half cooked pizza. I don’t recommend anyone to come to this location. I keep trying to order a sandwich from you guys on Uber Eats, but it always says this location is unavailable. It's listed in the app, but the restaurant is not accepting orders. Maybe your location is so busy that you don't want to sell any more sandwiches, but I always have to order from somewhere else. I hope the franchise owner sees this, because I think it might be a mistake and they don't realize that they have their Uber orders turned off, or however that works. THIS LOCATION IS GARBAGE. First the employee has an attitude when I asked for a sandwich and extra topics even though I willing to pay extra. While the checking out I could see the employee go in the back talk in an indian language with another person and then point at me then laugh. After that when I when to eat the sandwich had plastic melted in my toasted sandwich. When I called in to the location I could hear the phone picked up and then after I told them my issue they hanged up. I called 3 times and this happened 3 times.
