I am SO upset over the customer service I received OVER THE PHONE. The woman refused to give me her name after being extremely rude to me and having a nasty attitude. I placed a large, expensive, order through Uber Eats. I had a total of 8 chicken sandwiches that I wanted with no lettuce and extra mayo. On the app, it let me do no lettuce, but there was no option to do extra mayo. I also had a whopper junior that I checked No for every condiment because I wanted it completely plain, just burger and bun. Well, I called the store immediately after placing my order to ask them to please add extra mayo on those 8 sandwiches because it wouldn't let me do it online. The woman was very rude to me, and when she told me to hold on, I hear her say "what the hell" about m request. THEN when she gets back on the phone, I just wanted to just be sure that the whopper junior was plain, because my son won't eat it if anything is on it... So I start to ask "I also have a whopper junior that-" and she cuts me off saying "ma'am, ma'am, that's just TOO MUCH" with such a nasty attitude. So then I clarified how I wanted the burger and she said they make it however it is on the app, and I said okay I just wanted to be sure.. She was SO rude for no reason. Then I still POLITELY ask her what her name is, and she HANGS UP ON ME. What the hell man... I just wanted to make sure my order was right, and I called literally as soon as I placed the order.. Such unnecessary attitude and rudeness... That woman should NOT be in customer...
Read moreThis location closes early A LOT. Also, this is one of only 2 locations that I have seen, while traveling all over the Atlanta area, that refuses to mix half and half fries and onion rings with an order. They are the same price and almost every other location will allow you to mix them. It comes down to customer service. The employees here are fine, but whoever owns this franchise cares nothing about customer service. It also shows in the food quality. The best way I can describe the food here is that it is cooked. Its not tasty and delicious like other locations. It's kindof dry and bland. That is really odd, considering that all locations receive the same food and the same equipment to cook it on, with very specific instructions on how to cook and prepare the food. I guess maybe how the burgers are assembled (sauces not spread evenishly?). All meat here seems to be slightly overcooked accounting for the slight dryness. Probably from cooks that hear the beep, but think they can get to it when they are good and ready. I'm not exactly sure, but there is a difference in food quality and customer service provided by the franchise owner is definitely not done the Burger King way. I just wanted to have it my way. I thought you were suppsosed...
Read moreTell me these arnt two different eggnormous burrito. I had to embarrass myself trying to explain that this tiny one isnt normally what i recieve from this place.
I don’t normally KAREN out but did I want to this time. I ordered an eggnormous burrito like I always do from thise Burger King. The lady there that always works early in the morning is always sweet. When I got my burrito and went home I was so surprised on how small this burrito was. It was so small that I was convinced it was there regular breakfast burrito. I went back to the restaurant and told them that I ordered an eggnormous burrito but this is a regular one. The cashier told me that she ensured it was an eggnormous burrito. I told her I was for sure it wasn’t because it usually has sausages. I was wrong here but that wasnt even the problem I was concerned about. The lady that makes it I think is also the manager but she came and said this is how it’s always made this size. I told her I come everytime and she makes is like literally EGGNORMOUS but this was tiny. She said a regular burrito is super tiny but this isn’t. I have comparison pictures from another time I went that I was normally accustomed to. You be the judge am I being a Karen or is that...
