My roommate placed an online order and we went to pick it up. When we arrived there was a gentleman in front of us placing his order. So my friend and I were talking while we patiently waited for our order. The sandwich maker paused from doing the gentleman's order grabbed our order from where it was being held and slammed it down on the counter and said here you go. I came into the store not knowing they was close all because the lady that was making my sandwich didn’t tell they was close. They so call night manger came in yell WE CLOSE!!!! Then she keep saying small things then I told her she need to learn customer service then some more words was said. Then she took my sandwich and threw it into the trash. Multiple tables were dirty while we looked for a place to sit. They weren't busy so they had time to clean them. The "sandwich artist" had earpods in the whole time I was ordering and I had to repeat myself several times during the order because he could not hear me. Neither employee was wearing a nametag. The food is just like any other Subway. The service is not.Every other Subway I have gone to in this area lets me get extra cucumbers on the side for my sons sandwich. They won't let you here.
