Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Georgia

I've ordered from this Chipotle via the app on two separate road trips through Georgia, and both times, my bowls were made incorrectly. On my latest visit, there was a power outage, and upon arrival, I was informed that my order was delayed because they were preparing new chicken. Although the chicken was ready a few minutes later, we waited for another 10 minutes but it seemed there were many orders ahead of mine.

The manager had two employees working on app orders while three others, including the manager, stood around doing nothing. When I asked if I could cancel my order, the manager said it wasn't possible. I was baffled—what restaurant can't cancel an order? I expressed my frustration about the delay, but the manager kept repeating, "I can't serve you unsafe food." While I understood his concern, he refused to expedite the orders or have more employees assist with the backlog.

When we finally received our bowls, one of them was completely wrong. This experience was incredibly frustrating, and the manager's rude attitude made it clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority. We will not be ordering from this...

This location was ok for a few months after it opened but after while it stared to go down hill. I really think management is lacking. The best times to go is right when it opens because the bowls are loaded. Anytime after has not been a good experience. When you walk in no one really speaks to you or welcomes you and you just stand there waiting for someone to acknowledge you. My husband and I use to come here every Saturday but we have slowly stopped. It’s not as clean, the bathroom smells, the drink machine was missing a part so the soda just sprayed everywhere. There were times the umbrellas were not up by lying on the outside tables, we were there right when they opened and the doors were locked we waited and then just left. The order app sometimes says pick up is not available but they are open. I never make reviews for food places but I’m so sad that this location is struggling....

I usually like to get chipotle but it's now and then kind of deal. Cause 35 or more bucks to enjoy for two. Which is good price but... I'm giving a One star review total due the service. On Oct 25th, 2025 at 9:45-9:55PM. Me and my father headed here for a bite after a lengthy trip back home. So chipotle seem like a good choice especially since was post be open until 11PM. Heading to the front doors it was locked, staff saw us and did nothing to open it. We stood for little whiles before we head back to our car and drove to Whataburger instead. While being in Whataburger group of folks went to Chipotle after being unhappy with Whataburger. We both said "good luck they won't open for y'all" peeking over I saw that those people were allowed in while we stood for while and was not allowed in. I mean really? While do you deserve any hire review when that happens?...
