Does not honor their coupons that are showing up on the app! When mistakes are made, they do not fix them! I had a 50% off after 6 PM coupon. If you order on the app I ordered on the app it did not apply to coupon. Customer service said that the store was refined the difference they refused and sent me back to customer service. I have waited nine days still have not heard back from anybody even though customer service that they sent it up spoke to the Manager at the store who said they spoke with the store owner, as well as the corporate level who denied being able to refund anything offered a 20% off coupon but had to come in store to order again and the employees are lazy told me they were out of me and changed Two of my subs completely instead of waiting on me to get there to pick up my order to ask me what I would like to do instead! So, not only without the money I spent at their establishment for the food I did order I had to go spend money elsewhere for the people who they made incorrectly!
Follow Up: The general Manager Diamond hung the phone up on me in the middle of a conversation we were having because she did not like that I stated because of this incident and the unwillingness to help come to a respectful conclusion and solution for this issue that this particular establishment has lost a customer! Corporate has also decided that this is a problem for the customer and not an issue they feel is relevant for them to handle!
Follow up to this review. I have received an email stating that the store and/or the district manager would be in touch with me direct by this issue I have not heard from either and I have called the store several times I just wanted it fixed I was promised the 50% off and I just want my money for half the price of my order the store he’s telling me they’re not even honoring that coupon Nor will anybody be willing to help me because it has been two weeks now! I myself do not recommend this store, nor management staff is handling this location because obviously customer satisfaction and honoring the coupons is not top of their list. It’s all about money. Here is what it seems like the facility. The restaurant itself is nasty. The bathroom was done cleaned the last time I went in there, which was attached to this event, to try to talk to the manager, which they were very rude and told me that she did not want to speak to me!
Another follow-up. I went to the website as you see they stated that I needed to go through to get them more information with their customer service told me that there was nothing they could do to help me out. I needed to continue to wait on the store, owner, and or district managers being in contact with me Was also notified that they probably will not honor they’re online coupon because they themselves don’t give it out that’s a corporate thing and they’re not a corporate store so they are not required to honor it and as far as my son being made wrong, that would be a problem not them problem and that is Manager’s words verbatim that sounds like a you problem not an hour company problem , we tried to make it right by subbing the meat out for we thought that you would think was appropriate!!!! Definitely do not go here in order your food. I wouldn’t eat here again if they paid me too just a red the review don’t worry online. I didn’t even know that I had made the order to this restaurant until my bank alerted me that I had a charge from firehouse twice. Immediately I contacted(well I tried ) to contact the store to tell them I never received this order because I accidentally ordered it by mistake..: why would I still be charged if the order was never picked up. I called the location over and over and over no one will EVER answer the phone I have been to the location and everytime I’m told the manager isn’t there. I have reached out to customer service at least 6 times and everytime they tell me that the store will be in contact with me and it’s now it’s almost July and nooone has even bothered to reach out to me. Read moreCompletely Disappointed in the experience I had at this location. The customer service provided by "Diamond" was terrible. I tried to use a promo the restaurant was offering but the app wasn't working. When the new employee that was trying to take my order asked Diamond for help (she was the manager), she refused to honor the promo, claiming it was a third-party app that she had no control over. She also couldn't be bothered to speak with me directly because she was too busy gossiping with her co-workers so she gave an off the cuff answer from far away with a "I don't care" shrug. The girl that was trying to take my order was on her 1st day so not only is the managers customer service terrible the employee support is out the window too!
