EDIT TO OWNERS RESPONSE READ BELOW: can't speak on Wings 101 cuz their not great but their cost is still $11 for 10 pc chnk fried rice also but J Buffalo is thriving at decent cost (Sandy Springs & Roswell locations I've gone ALWAYS packed)just drove by this location 1pm Sunday CLOSED and website said open. Older review: Went in very excited to see a wing place so close. I've been counting down the days to see them open so of course i was gung ho about an excellent review. They have been building it out for some time it seemingly looked like construction was halted. Went in today to see the inside looking mediocre at best and they JUST opened. I'm used to J Buffalo so I had high expectations for the chicken fried rice combo but they don't have one! HUH in this case they say the chicken fried rice is a entree in itself and no side dish(huh I think the fried rice should be a side dish not the wings seriously)and you have to add wings as a side dish in orders of 5. When i asked how much for chicken fried rice and 10 wing he said on several occasions that "That's a lot of food" as if I'm some kind of gluten and said it was $16 and change.(note to owner go to J Buffalo and order a 10 pc and fried rice for $11 you get tons of food and the fried rice they give is NOOO side it's a meal and they price it right!!!!) My daughter and I always split the meal at J Buffalo and I don't see them going out of business. I hope this place lasts and they make changes because i would love to see a chicken place near me but probably not some owners friend will probably come and leave a review disputing mine like the review below. FYI the woman who said she called and they didn't answer, well her review is correct, when she called 4 weeks ago they WERE NOT OPEN so she was correct in saying they should have updated there online platform or phone system to state they were not open yet! I wish you luck and will try again in a few weeks after some kinks are worked out and hope i can change my review but we'll see!...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe review youāve been looking forā full disclosure, Iām from Atlanta, Iām talking Bankhead American Deli, East Atlanta, even Glenwood. If you find yourself like me, supporting family and being brought to the hospital on this side. ššæ I APPROVE THIS AMERICAN DELIā¼ļø Now, when I arrived and saw my dry lemon pepper wings, I saidā yāall put flour on these? Thatās not how we do it where Iām from, but it was lightly coated with cornstarch. NOW donāt start running saying nah. I actually was disappointed before I tried them and once I added some more lemon pepper sprinkles it was actually spot on. Youāre going to have to probably say extra crispy on the fries because they need to work on their crispy fries, BUTTT the wings are a perfect size and really good. NOW they didnāt have fruit punch so I couldnāt get a 3-mix, but they did have peach and lemonade and it was made correctly. So pull up on these folks and enjoy! The customer service was good and the health score is 100 and all their other scores in the past...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreLast time I ordered food from here I ordered in store and waited til they were finished. I got to my car and the food was cold. Now I ordered here at least 10 times before food was always hot. This one time I called in to let them know because I had just pulled off the owner became super aggressive over the phone because I said the food was cold. Super shocking and confusing. During his yelling on the phone he also made a racial slur referring to me as you people! Iāll never support them again. These owners are most likely not even citizens of US, but had the nerve to refer to me an ACTUAL CITIZEN as you people. News flash your business receives most of your business from AMERICANSā¦humble yourself you can be shut down just as fast as you openedā¼ļø They are racist stop supporting people like this. They come to our country and get rich off of us when they secretly donāt like us. Americans could never go to China/Korea open a business and be successful like they are here. Stop supporting these...
