PITA Mediterranean Street Food - Cumming — Restaurant in Cumming

Like others have said, the service here has gotten horrible. The last 3 trips, and this one will be my last, we had to wait 20-30 minutes for two bowls, which took 90 seconds to assemble. Much of the time we were there he staff were just standing around talking or in the back room. Two of this staff were the owner and his wife. I know this because we have eaten there once or twice a month since Covid began. The place was never too crowded and the food was fresh and fast. Today was the last straw. We were the only two people in the store. We should have been served within 5 minutes of ordering (which used to be the case). I am very disappointed with the service. I have been repeatedly given the wrong order. Unfortunately orders are tied up and cannot be checked and they do not double check who they give the order to. No name, ticket or receipt either to make sure you have the right stuff. With only 3 people in the whole place, how could I get the wrong one. What tops it all is that they not only do not apologize for their mistake when you call them on it but they blame you for taking someone else's order. Mistakes happen all the time but I have never had such experience with a food service to put the blame on the poor customer that ends up paying and getting the wrong food that will most likely...

Looked at the menu online and decided to visit. The online prices are significantly lower than the actual prices displayed in store. Staff doesn’t bother to greet you as there is a kiosk in place to take your order. Pictures of food look great but actual food was cheaply made and overpriced. I ordered a shrimp bowl and literally got iceberg lettuce over rice with shrimp on top. It was gross. I had assumed the shrimp bowl would be a fresh Mediterranean veggie and shrimp delight but boy was I wrong. This is a profit-driven restaurant.
