NEVER order from Staples online. I've spent over 4 hours on the phone with them. They cancelled my orders four times for no reason. Then they take $500 from my account and then cancel that order, and told me I may not get the money refunded for 16 days. This is absolutely ridiculous. Their reason was not being able to verify my personal address. Next they started naming off locations I have never lived, and told me thats what they had down for my address. Then I had to call the bank to find out why this was. The bank stated that I had the correct address down on my account information. I called back Staples, and got a new person. They were very helpful, but told me they had cancelled my order yet again. They re-did the order and it took the payment from my account. Got a call saying it was in the "created mode" but wasn't able to ship, and they had no clue why. So here I am as a college student, a week behind on all my work (online classes). If my computer does not show up by Friday, and I don't have money to go buy a computer in person, I will have been severely handicapped by the Staples company. I can't believe that I can honestly say this has been the worst experience I've ever had as a consumer. Its not worth the trouble, I promise you.

I asked her for a refund and she said that I needed to call customer service. Read moreI am a Canadian RV er and spent some time in the fine town of Brunswick. I stopped in at Staples to get a laptop and printer and was blown away by the staff. Mark the manager is top notch and truly cares about customers .. he wants to keep you as one, how refreshing! Staff person James is an expert and set me all up so I could actually use my stuff right away. He sold me exactly what I needed ... I went clued out with an over the top list LOL and he could have sold me a very costly one that I did not need but he did not. James is very good at speaking in laymens terms about things. I highly recommend THIS Staples as not all Staples stores...
