Waffle House — Restaurant in Georgia

This is one of the worst waffle houses I've ever been to. When I went in, there was an angry lady who immediately gave off bad vibes. Right when me and my ONE friend walked in (mind you, we were very quiet), she immediately banned us. She said "i will not serve teenagers". We were taken back, dare i say appalled. I have NEVER been spoken to like this in my life. My other friends have had similar, dare I say worse, experiences in this establishment. When her and her three friends walked in, the same lady barked "I don't ALLOW teenagers in MY restaurant". I think this lady needs a reality check to notice that she is losing business and valuable customers. When a 24 hour restaurant is near a high school and bans teenagers, a large portion of customers are lost. This lady also treated her customers horribly. I have never seen such rude behavior from a grown woman to kids and her employees. She was beefing with the cook on the job in front of customers. The cook went to the back, visibly upset, and practically kicked down the door. Another similar experience was one my brother had. Now, my brother is over the age of 21, and it was the night after a big football game. Him and his friends walked in, politely ordered their food, and sat down to wait. Now, this order was also a takeout order. NOT EVEN DINE IN!!! One of my brother's friends had an alcoholic beverage in his hand. Now, I understand why that wouldn't be allowed, but I feel like they should be notified of this. They were sitting in a booth for 1.5 hours, LOOKING LIKE FOOLS. That is, until a random customer, not even the employees, came and told them that their food will not be cooked until the can is thrown away. Mind you, the can is empty. Well for starters my server Karen had no personality whatsoever she looked half asleep and we had dirty silverware and just seemed like she wanted us to order and leave as soon as possible. Then she forgot a side and mine and my friends order and when she gave us the ticket she repeated the orders and still didn't catch that she didn't give us two sides. All of had waffles and only 4 sides all together. It wasn't that had to remember. So the order was double almost for something we didn't get. Then the manager was a prick and didn't even look at me when I was there. I told him to take the bacon I never got off and then some staff member said something like oh I know where that bacon went. And where kinda joking about it and the manager was getting on to the server while she was taking an order! I work in a resturant and this was just sad and uncalled for. Horrible customer...

We went in this past Saturday at 8:20 pm. There was nobody in there which surprised us. The employees said they are closed. When I told them their hours on Google, on their website, on the door, and on the giant sign on their window all said they are open until 9 they said it doesn't matter, they have to be out of there by 9. They didn't seem to care that their hours are wrong. In this time when restaurants are struggling for business why advertise hours that are wrong? And from the employees, they did not care at all that the information was wrong. Either change the hours advertised or stay open until the posted time. We chose to go to IHOP instead where the service was great and they were open the hours the promise. Dishonesty will drive business away. I recommend calling first before...
