Society Boutique — Local services in Milton

Terrible!! Never ever going back to this horrible store.

The people at Society Boutique (at least at the Halcyon location) are incredibly rude, and the return policy is beyond terrible. My wife bought a dress there, but when she tried it on again at home, she realized it was too long. We took it back with all tags still attached a few days later, and were "informed" that it was not returnable because it was a "sale" item. No where on the receipt does it say anything about the item being ineligible to return. The receipt does list the already terrible return policy (can only return within 7 days and only for store credit). What if it doesn't fit? What if the spouse doesn't like it? Too bad!! ‍ They don't care about you, just about wrangling your money from your hands. And they'll demean you and be rude if you try to rectify it.

Almost bought something from this store but while shopping around, I was never greeted by either of the women working. They seemed to act like I was invisible. I needed a dressing room at one point and one of the women just walked right past me. I put the dress back and left. From prior reviews, it appears this behavior is the norm.
