Amy & Nancy at BlueMercury are AMAZING! I had been driving all morning from 5:30am - 11:30 up to Atlanta with a newborn and I ran out of the house without my makeup. I told them I was going to a celebration of life event and I just needed a foundation match so I could buy one. They ended up doing a full face of makeup super quick for my and it looked so amazing! I bought the foundation and continued on to the event. The next day I called the store and asked for Nancy. She was on break and would call me back. When she called I asked if there was any way she remembered what products she used on me? I wanted all of them. I ended up buying a concealer, a blush/contour palette, lipstick, face mist, moisturizer and 2 brushes sent to my home out of town. I would recommend Nancy and Amy to everyone! They are so open and welcoming. So willing to find exactly what you need and go above and beyond! They didn't have to do my full face and they knew I was in a rush at that time and wouldn't be purchasing more than a foundation at best. But they were so sweet and nice to do it anyways. I'll be calling back to get my refills from them...

I have been to this location several times to purchase my skincare. The last time I went it was very so-so. Today has made me want to leave a review because my experience was incredible. I wish I would have gotten her name but the woman with the beautiful long wavy hair took care of me and my family today. I went in and asked for a sample of a product I had been looking at, and she more than accommodated me. She was so warm and welcoming and kind. This has been the best experience I have ever had there. She made my excitement to try the product even more than it already was! Whoever she is, she deserves a raise and some recognition. This was my first time visiting a Bluemercury and it is a lovely little cosmetic store that I wish I had found sooner. Friendly and helpful service and a great selection of luxury products including organic lines of skin care and make up. I went in for a color match after an online quiz led me to order the wrong shade- but I liked the product enough to find the right color. I was happy to see there was a store that carries the Ogee line and it was well worth the trip.
