Terrible customer service. Do not stand behind their clothing quality. Wore item for less than an hour and it fell apart. Had a customer witness and said the staff was horrible and said the way they responded she will not buy anything from this retailer. Buyer beware

I stumbled across this boutique my first time at Halcyon. Willow Jane has the cutest clothes and sweetest, most helpful employees! I’ve driven the 35-40 minutes a couple times just to shop here! Everything is always so cute and seems to be good quality. I do wish they sold shoes, but maybe in the future! The first time I was in I met the owner and she was so kind and welcoming, and the second time I believe it was Natalie who helped me. Natalie was just as kind and helpful!...

I loved this place. I thought it had a cute selection of clothes but there's a setback. The clothes mostly cater to vain women who wear hills a lot, have more flattering abdomens and are clearly much taller than me. The one thing that would keep me shopping there is to have a better variety of clothes that all women can actually rock. The clothes have to be made with better fabrics like bamboo cotton.
