I am from another store. One of our managers recently transferred to be a GM at another location, so my GM has to pay Managers from different stores to come here and fill in until we get something figured out. Last night, I was on front cash and closing with 2 managers from different stores, one of them being a transgender female from this store who goes by "Natalie". While she was here, she had her cheap broken phone plugged in to my phone charger, which she didn't ask to use, or even ask if it belonged to anybody. I saw it, thought nothing of it. Well, 2 crew members ended up never showing up, so she had to multi task .The entire time she was complaining and whining about pretty much everything she had to do, asking me personal information of other coworkers she could call in to do her job even though our store was completely dead, she was trying to shift all of her responsibilities off on all of us working that night so she could have an easy night. In order to shut her up, I made a deal with her that if I did dishes for her, if she would sweep, mop, and clean the women's restroom because someone had an accident in there and I refused to clean it up since I had to do the same thing in there the day before. She told me that was fine, so I went ahead and did all of her dishes for her, and left afterwards, expecting everything to be fine the next day. I accidentally left my charger there, but when I got home, the store would have been closed by that time, so I didn't have time to call and ask them to leave it in a safe spot, but I thought that it would be fine because I work the next day (today). I come in today, and the lobby floor is poorly swept, NOT mopped, the women's restroom isn't clean, and my charger is stolen. I'm let down because I reminded her to get all of it done for me before I left. I did her dishes for her and got my clothes soaking wet because of it. I don't have a washing machine or a dryer, and I can't even afford to bring my stuff to a laundromat right now. THAT is how poor I am. But hey, maybe Natalie, the transgendered queer freak, can ask her wife to drive her to metroPCS to replace her cracked cheap $14 phone with a better phone to put on MY charger that she used WITHOUT my permission while she was here, and then wrongfully took without asking me, because she can afford it now with the money that my GM had to pay her extra for to come help out, even though Natalie pretty much did nothing but complain and shift her responsibilities on others and lie about holding up her end of the deal while she was here. If this is who you are hiring in as an Assistant Manager, then dang, I feel sorry for your store's reputation. She can buy lipstick and mascara to look more like a girl, she can buy her own...
Read moreWorst trip to a Wendy's ever. (TL;DR at bottom) It was like walking into the twilight zone. First, there was no sense of urgency at all from any of the workers. My visit was around 2PM on a Saturday. Went inside to order, since we were ordering for 6 people, to go. Take a good minute on our order, that's fine, it was expected. But GD ya'll, it took the girl at the counter ~3 mins just to take an order (there were only 3 people ahead of us) then the cashier would not take another order until she got out the order she just took. When it was finally our turn, (about 10 mins in line at this point) we had ordered the asiago chicken club meals, 2 spicy, one homestyle [as only part of the order]. We were told "you can't get spicy chicken on that meal" I politely pointed to the menu and said "It literally has it as an option on the menu behind you." The manager had to be called over to ring it in. After the order was placed, and we were specifically told we were to get our own drinks, the cashier walks off and starts bagging items for drive thru. After a couple minutes of neglect from the cashier, we asked for the cups. The cashier apologized and started to hand us our cups. One. By. One. We had five drinks. She gave us 4 cups. When this was conveyed, the 5th cup was slammed to the counter without a word and she walked off again. By what we saw next, it should have been a clue to our near future, alas we had some hope left. There were 3 other customers attempting to get drinks from the freestyle machine, with a pile of ice directly in front of the machine. When they had quickly dissipated, it was our turn. Lo and behold, the ice dispenser was stuck on open as soon as you put a cup up to it. "That's fine", I thought. "I'll just rotate the cups out quickly." The machine ran out of ice after the 4th cup. I was fine with that since I didn't really need ice anyway since I was getting a soda, so I thought. I kid you not, ALL DRINKS (besides diet) were marked as unavailable. So we settled for sweet tea. We told the staff about the problem and we got an "I know." I would personally never go to or recommend this location again until they get it together. TL;DR Mainly inattentive staff issues, all in all:...
Read moreNot very pleased with my visit to this location tonight. AT ALL! First, I was greeted by an order taker who seemed annoyed that he was working the night shift. I’m assuming his name was Andres from the name printed on my receipt. In addition, I ordered only 3 items. 2 grilled wraps and a large chili. I was immediately hit with excuses. One was that it would take 12 mins to cook grilled and the second was that they were completely out of chili. This must be a normal thing since the order taker was so nonchalant and completely unbothered with relaying this information. I proceeded to ask was the manager on duty and why were they out of chili. I’d never heard of Wendy’s being out of chili since I frequent several locations in the area. The order taker completely disregarded my question and only responded by saying, “okay 2 grilled wraps and what else?” Once I got to the window I requested to speak to a manager on duty whose name was Amber. I asked why they were out of chill especially when the temperature for the last couple of nights has dropped below 55 degrees. She explained that it would take two hours to cook chili. So Amber your out of chili not because you don’t have the ingredients but simply because you didn’t want to cook it? WOW! She does know that she is running a business right? On top of all of that she never apologized for the inconvenience or even appeared concerned even after I agreed to wait 12 mins for grilled chicken. I will NOT be going back to this location because I’m noticing a pattern in rude and...
