Whoa Wings — Restaurant in Georgia

Never visited this place...called ahead bc my boyfriend has a limited lunch time. Not only was the female who helped me so nice, but informative. I called 45 minutes ahead bc most places won't even have it ready even though I call wayyyyy ahead but then end up spending most of our break waiting. She told me how their system is and how to make sure it was fresh, hot and ready when I arrived. I got there, was greeted and she knew exactly who I was even though she had others waiting. My food was ready, made sure I got my extras sauces I ordered, napkins and a to go menu bc I had told her it was my first time and I was looking for a good wing place since I just moved back. The phone was ringing off the hook and I see why. Plus she had people walking in placing orders...she was still attentive and polite to each call and person.....and on point. I work in restraunts too..over 20 years and was super impressed with the customer service. And the wings....wow. fries crispy...wings saucy and flavorful. I popped in for an impromptu visit on Sat. afternoon, 4/28/18. I really had gotten off the expressway to check the underside of my car, en route to Macon. Wasn't expecting to get anything to eat, but I'm always a sucker for good wings. Though I'm fairly familiar with the area, I had never noticed this place. So I thought I'd give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised. The food didn't take too long, and the service was exemplary. Once I got to the car and dug in, I was yet surprised again at how tasty the wings were. My shrimp fried rice was nothing extraordinary (pretty typical in Metro Atlanta...is is soooo hard to find truly AUTHENTIC fried rice with that authentic Asian taste about it.) But for this restaurant, I think what I appreciated most was the cashier's service-oriented demeanor towards their customers. She thanked me as she handed me my order. After I requested extra napkins, she very nicely put some in the bag, thanked me AGAIN and bid me a good day. Beautiful service attitude from people who understand the value of their customers. Honest review . Upon arriving I initially thought that the place would be good because of the 4.5 rating . I walked in and was not greeted, just stared at …. I assume the cashier was waiting for my order . My first time in and I was not impressed . However, I was with other people that wanted the food so I proceeded to order . I ordered the honey mild wings and fries combo .

The wings were BLAND . All I tasted was grease , no mild , no honey , no seasonings 😩. The sauce was very loose and tasted watered down .

The fries had a weird taste to them . Almost frost biten.

The lemon-aide from the mixing fountain tasted watered down as well and was also tasteless.

This place is pricey and I’ve had way better wings...
